Headset feels sturdy. Great fit and the sound quality is awesome. You have a wired option in case charge dies out on you. Recommend.

Great pair of Bluetooth headphones. Work great when you use with PlayStation and have to use wired with Xbox. The sound quality is truly amazing. I also use them with my Mac yo edit sound for videos and they work great.

Yikes where do I even start. Are they usable? Yes. Do I want to use them? No… absolutely no. So the build quality is AMAZING! I cannot say more good things about the way these things look! Color, finish, build and quality are the best you’re going to find in this price range. The mic is amazing and the wireless aspect is perfect…. Unless you wear them for more than 10 minutes. So once you put them on you get a glance at the amazing mic with a built in mute and led that changes colors when you mute/unmute, works perfect every time. You start up your favorite game, watch a movie or video and the sound quality is complete GARBAGE out of the box. There’s a quick solution to that by downloading ICUE and adjusting the EQ. The adjustability is super nice and ICUE really works well with the headset plus any other Corsair products you have which is super super nice. After adjusting and tuning the sound to your taste they run pretty okay but not as good as I would hope for the price range they’re in. Lets be honest, I bought these for the look and you did too. The wireless part was a must for me and I honestly do love Corsair products but the padding…. The padding is SOOOOOO BADDDDD. It hurts after 5 minutes and It honestly feels like wisdom teeth level pain. The leather on the cuffs is SO annoying. I see why people love headsets with foam on the cuffs because the leather literally resonates all of the sound your voice box makes and it just rings your ears. It muffles your voice but in annoying way and it makes noises near you super annoying and almost amplifies them. I run 3 Corsair sp fans along with the 3 ml fans on my Corsair h150 and they sound so loud with the headset on. You just don’t need a headset that looks this good, is so uncomfortable and is SO expensive. I’m going to try the Corsair void rgb pros after this since they have the same wireless capabilities and have foam pads on the ears and are more than half the price of the virtuoso. I heard good things about these and it makes me sad that they’re not what I thought they’d be.

The sound is horrible. They are tinny and unclear. Icue also had trouble recognizing them at first which made me waste 30 minutes trying to google the issue. For the money, I expect a FAR superior product. The Logitech Pro X blows these out of the water in sound quality and comfort. Overall, I am very disappointed since I really like Corsair and own several other products.

i ill say its an acoustic sort of headset since it lack bass, sounds pretty good for music and voice chat/calls. MC its great sounds very clear and with a good volume. wirelesses signal its pretty stable and the quality of the headset its good.

It sounds really good compared to the old turtle beaches I had and the wireless is so convenient

Good headset only issues I had was the cups were very shallow so I had to buy some aftermarket ones but that fixed the issue. It’s also on the heavy side so can be cumbersome after hours of use overall very happy l.

I got other mainly because of slipstream feature because my previous headset were losing connection because of my WiFi router was interfering with them and now with these I don’t have that problem and they sound great too

Purchased as a gift, however, the recipient says the headphones are working well. For me, the I thought the price was abit on the high of the spectrum. This set replaced an older/outdated gen model.

Work very well. Easy to set up & use. Also able to change and choose settings for RGB light color and effects from the app. A little costly but worth the $$ if ya know how to take care of stuff.

Pretty good headset, slightly overpriced... but you're still getting your moneys worth. The plastic on the outside that has the corsair symbol on it is starting to pop off, and I am starting to notice some issues.

wish it had noise canceling and its louder in wired mod wireless too low.Build quality is pretty good but sometimes i would have to restart my computer to detect it even in wired mode might be my computer.Overall should have did some research first before spending all that money on it $200.00!!!

These headphones are very comfortable and are great out of the box. Corsair products are always top notch.

The design is super nice and i really like the build quality of the headset. The problem with this is that it doesn't have the greatest feeling on my ears when I wear glasses.

I’m giving this a 3 star rating only because of the poor customer care from a great company an great product. I would highly endorse this product but the problem is that after just a few months of wear. The actual headset broke in half, the band inside the wonderful leather head wrap actually snapped an no one will do anything. No if this was an average item I’d say yeah ok. But this is a top of the line product. Phenomenal sound quality an easily pairs with anything. But BestBuy (Platinum Member) / CorSair I have two sets these an the cream? An no one will fix or replace the band.. Awful..
