Owned for 6 months, treated very well and the leather earcups have worn away, exposing the cheap foam inside. Corsair's software, icue, is also terrible at least 15 minutes of every day is spent diagnosing audio issues that inevitably require a forced restart of icue. Random popping noises from the headphones I swear have also caused me hearing damage

One of the big reasons I bought it is the connection is USBC and not micro USB. The only complaint is they do feel a bit heavy on my head

I'd say that the price can be REALLY steep for some folk for some gaming headphones. I used them for around a month and decided that for the amount that I paid I could've gotten around the same value that would've been acceptable for must cheaper. (I ended up grabbing the HyperX Cloud Alpha's) I think the software is atrocious, though, and must be revamped. The software is so limited and HUGE. The breaking point of returning this headphone was when I logged on to my computer and had a one and a half (1.6) GB update waiting...

Terrible battery life. -once disconnected you could probably get 3-4 hours of play before you hear the annoying beeping sound every 5 minutes reminding you to charge the headset. Don’t fit well. -The ear pieces were kind of just left dangling over my ears rather than sealing around my ears like I would prefer a headset to fit. Sound quality was disappointing. - since the headset doesn’t fit well and isn’t too adjustable, it’s hard to really appreciate the sound quality, but even when I squeezed them on, the quality was eh. 3/10 because it’s extremely over priced. I’d probably pay $60-$100 for these.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried playing around with the equalizer in our iCUE software? There are presets that may suit your games/music already, but you may also create a custom that specifically tailors to your ears. To help prolong battery life, you may turn off or dim the RGB lighting via iCUE. In terms of the range, it'd be recommended to have the USB dongle installed where it maintains direct line of sight of the headset. Mic Quality: 6/10 decent mic but really just decent, friends said I sounded muffled and quiet. Comfortability: 3/10 so uncomfortable after wearing for only 15 mins, the pressure it put on the top of my head and my ears was too much to deal with, which is why I returned them. Granted I have a fairly large head and ears I love Corsair but I don’t love this product.

Favorite wireless headset

During this whole quarantine BS they broke and I needed a new headset fast, so I looked around at Best Buy and since I have a Corsair mouse/keyboard that use ICUE I might as well get an ICUE headset right? I saw this one and loved it, ordered it picked it up within the house got home and charged it. I’ve been loving it ever since.

Charges quickly prior to a gaming session. Only thing I’ve noticed is static over the mic when charging while gaming/chatting, had to mute myself in Discord for ~20 minutes while charging, but this can be avoided by charging ahead of time and is not a major issue. Otherwise solid product.

I like having just a simple USB dongle to have sound. However 5 months later and I started getting static crackling while playing games. Very annoying I have to RMA so soon. Battery life also isn't the best.
