Love this headset. I have used other brands and always come back to corsair for their headsets.

Overall they’re really great quality, but due to issues with the volume wheel I can’t rate them a 5 star.

We bought these as a birthday present for our son.He loves them so much he bought a second pair as a backup.I asked him why he liked them better than all his other headsets and he said the sound quality is great as well as the fact your able to tell how loud your voice is to the people your playing with.

I got these to replace a pair of Logitech headphones because the set I wanted was not in stock (as usual, despite what the app says about what's in stock). I think these are the most uncomfortable headphones I could have purchased, it hurts my ears to have these on too long - although the ear cuff portions are adjustable, which helps a little but not enough. The battery also does not last very long; they will charge all night and I can barely go seven hours before I hear "battery low." My pair might be faulty, but no $200 pair of headphones should die around seven hours on a full charge??? I will say that a positive note is the sound, which is pretty good. The only reason i haven't swapped back out for my Logitech set is because they're probably still not in stock and I can't afford to. I will also note that my review is purely for the headset, not the microphone attachment - I have a standalone mic and have not tried using the mic that comes with these headphones.

Purchased this to replace a failing older Corsair headset. The RGB on this one is more muted, which is nice on conference calls if I forget to disable it. Sound quality is great, the microphone is about as good as you can expect on a headset vs a free-standing microphone.

Good sound. A bit hot if you are gaming for a long time. Also the ear cups are shallow so that too can be a issue.

Really good mic despite it being a wireless headset. Friends on Discord noted the clarity when they heard me speak. The audio output is just pretty good, but I'm also comparing that to my Audio-Technica studio headphones. Basically, use it to play games, because that's what it's best at.

It was alright if I had a PlayStation. Doesn’t really work for Xbox too good.

For a headset that costs 210 you would think that some more thought would be put into it. Its uncomfortable in many ways, too heavy, no padding in the ear cups, hurts your head if you wear it for too long, if you wear it while the charging cable is plugged in it rubs against your shoulder. The sound quality is also lacking. Without drivers its almost awful sounding, with drivers the only setting i find usable is bass boosted but this messes with game audio in a weird way. Not recommended

Crisp, sharp, solid performance. All these things the Virtuoso delivers. The sound quality for games that need it to matter the most are carried VERY well by this unit. The weight is perfect for extended sessions and the wireless range is quite respectable.

Honestly only went Corsair so I wouldn’t have Multiple programs for different products but I’ve had no issue 2yrs later and they still work as the day I bought them! Highly recommend if you have the cash!

works wonders in COD for surround effects… i’m sure its a great 7.1 headset. Solid for the peice.

Heavy on the head. After a while my head gets sore. Need to use the eq to actually make it sound good or its bland

When purchasing this headset there seemed to be few issues regarding the functionality of this device. However after further examination it appeared that the microphone's quality was a little poorer than I had hoped. On top of that the battery life was not as long as I expected, with about a 2 hour lifespan before needing to be charged. Although the iCue software does compliment the headset very well, with consistent firmware updates and rgb programability, there are some improvements to be made.

Cornhub never sounded better, they have a 3D audio option that makes me such a wannabee audiophile.

I would have returned these but best buy has a short return policy. I will be buying from ebay or amazon which is 30 days. by the time I realize i didnt like these headphone I couldnt return them. It gives ear sore after a hr of use. The headphone arent loud enough w/ all setting from win10 and ique updated and turned up and it turned off on me during a heated match which caused me to loose the match. Since I couldnt return them I contacted corsair and its been 3 weeks and no response on my ticket.

Solid, comfortable, blocks out all sound even with nothing playing through the speakers.!
