They were a little uncomfortable at first. It feels better now and has good quality. Excited to have these.

This headset was nice and comfortable with good quality but after about a year it started having sound issues cutting in and out. Now at a year and 8 months later it’s so bad that I am having to order an entirely different headset (went with Logitech G pro X wireless which sale price is the same as the virtuoso) The cutting in and out sound has now gotten to the point it’s every couple seconds to minutes or pretty much anytime someone talks to me through discord or game chat, and the game sound cuts out at the same time this is happening. My husband has the same issue only his is just starting, he’s testing out moving the dongle to the front of the pc rather than the back to see if it helps. Maybe with geek squad protection it would be worth the purchase but otherwise forget it.

Great headset the battery life is a little low if you game a lot but over its not too bad

I use this headset to game with on my gaming pc and it is by far the best headset from Corsair!

So far so good bought this item for my new Alienware computer and everything works great together.

Sound quality isn't bad but they're uncomfortable for longer periods of time. Compared to other headsets I've own, this one is not that great.

I needed a new gaming headset because I had just recently built my gaming pc. this headset for the price had the best quality in my opinion compared to other big named brands I would highly recommend this one just based off the look and performance.

I use my headset daily for work and play since the day I bought it. It was super easy to setup since all you do is turn it on via bluetooth and download iCue for RGB controls. The internal battery seems to hold a really long charge too.

Well made sild construction. Sound audio is not at par with other competitors. Mic is really good.

Best audio I have experienced for ps4 headsets. The ear cups are super comfy.

Extremely well built and comfortable. Ive owned many headsets and the virtuoso is definitely the best built, also one of the heavier but not too bad. They do lack in volume and bass however the noise canceling makes up for 90% of that.

I purchased these for my son, and he absolutely loves is. He says, "I don't feel tied down to the computer all the time and can just get up and move around when I want to, and it has great volume and sound quality. I'm happy I purchased this item for him.

I love Corsair’s products and their customer service. I wanted to love these headsets but some many issues. The headset worked fine when I would start them up but after leaving for about 5-10 min. they’d either completely lose audio and I’d have to switch headsets after spending so much time into fixing it or I’d come back to really loud static on discord. Didn’t know why it would happen but it was every time I used them I’d run into one or the other issue.

This thing actually works, you can hear sound out of it. Congratulations you bought a headset.

I love this headset and use it everyday. I’ve never had the battery run out on me, I just charge it overnight. I use it for gaming, streaming, and video/audio editing. I love that i can also use it with my playstation!

I've tried every gaming headset under the sun. None are good for the money. I was expecting that, but these are actually going back because they simply sound like trash in wireless mode. The main problem comes from gradual volume changes. This is most obvious in games but you can simulate it by changing the volume of a video quickly. It's AWFUL. It has some terrible compression and some sort of weird volume "stepping" if I had to give it a name. Unfortunately there is a tiny bit of static associated with this to make it all that much worse. Perhaps it can be fixed with firmware. I'm not going to bother to wait. I've seen other reviews complaining about something is a bit off, something is a bit wrong in wireless mode, I bet its this. Took me a few days to really nail it down. I gave them a chance but now I am certain. Feature complete, sounds alright at the best of times (comparable to a $50 pair of a solid pair of actual headphones), but unacceptable in wireless mode. I feel like I was duped by one of the few youtubers I respect on this one as well. Was going to happen some day I suppose.

Good streaming mic and good sound quality that meets middle ground for price for performance.
