My last headset was a HyperX Wireless and this seems to one up it thankfully. You can disable the light on the ears for more battery life by downloading the software.

There are multiple preset profiles to choose from, such as "Bass Boost", or you may create your own that tailors to your ears. Audio quality is very good, as is the 7.1 surround virtualization. The icue software is well produced, used this for VoIP for a work teleconference, coworker said audio quality was excellent.

I have a Bose headset and I would say the sound quality is similar. Also, this headset is versatile so you can connect to multiple devices. Since it is cordless, it makes it convenient to multi task.

Waste of money

The headset is so heavy and almost slides off my head. The ear cushions are as thin as a paper bag and cut into my ears. The battery life is non existent. I have to leave it plugged in even when i use it so wouldn’t even call these “wireless”. Just buy the Rig 800Lx instead.

Unfortunately, it’s an underwhelming headset for the PS5 with no option of sound adjustment. I heard great things about it from PC users, on the other hand. Returned it and I got lucky with The Arctis 7X, which is compatible with not only the XBox Series X, but also the PS5, Switch, PC and tablets.

Love the headset except for audio cuts

But I have sound cuts here pretty frequently that last a couple seconds. It's an annoyance more than anything. Mic is great, sound is pretty good once you mess with the equilizer. Hoping an update fixes the sound cuts. It's apparently a common issue with random fixes that aren't garunteed to work
