Great comfort! Tons if settings with iCue. Charges with Usb-C. Something I was personally looking forward to so I wouldn’t need extra cords around. Detachable mic. Sturdy construction. Would buy again and again.

Mic is extremely clear and my friends didn't have a problem hearing me at all. The headphones themselves sound great and I like how I can easily access all my controls on the headphones (ex. volume, power, mute, etc)

Only complaint is price point is a little high but, given the quality of the microphone and of course the speakers themselves, it is quite understandable. Excellent thus far, haven’t had a problem to speak of

Excellent quality headset. I have had many over the years and find this one to be the best one yet. I often PC Game for many hours and it remains comfortable throughout the day.

Great headphones.... except for the build quality. The audio sounds rich and full. I've been told the mic sounds crystal clear by friends that I play with online. After about a month, the volume rocker started doing all sort of weird things. I try turning up the volume and it sends the Windows volume straight to zero. I try it again, and it looks as though it's trying to increase the Windows volume but keeps bringing it back down to 0. After this it distorts the audio big time. I have to restart the headset for it to sound normal again. Sometimes after this happens the mic stops muting. I'll press the mute button and the red light that indicates that it's muted switches on... but it's not muted. Not good when you're on a conference call for work! I'm in the middle of the RMA process so we'll see how that goes...

Best quality headset I've ever owned. I've been gaming for about 12 years now and this is the best quality headset material wise and audio wise that I've ever purchased.

I purchased this and within a couple of months, It continues to tell me "BATTERY CRITICAL" every single time I put it on my head, despite just taking it off the charger. It is also not very comfortable and doesnt sound great. I came from a Steel Series Arctis 7 and probably should have stayed with it. I dont have a good thing to say about this product besides it looks nice.

It can be wireless or wired connection but will only work for ps4 and xbox.

Great RGB headphones from Corsair, especially if you that RGB experience to have it all Corsair Way with the RGB Mouse, Keyboard, and everything.

This is one of the nicest looking and feeling headsets I've ever used. The build quality is top notch. That being said I purchased these to replace my Corsair void Pro headset, and can honestly say I will be returning them. The Audio is incredibly flat and "tinny" sounding. swapping back and forth between my Void pro and the Virtuoso made my decision for me. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot, and scoured the ends of the internet for possible fixes. but no matter what I did it didn't fix the horrible audio. After giving up on trying to troubleshoot it myself I reached out to corsair and wrote an extremely detailed report covering everything that was tried. a day later I received a two sentence response which I will now post verbatim... "You would have set the quality to DVD quality on you Audio settings, the same for the microphone settings Thank you for choosing Corsair." This was beyond insulting, as they clearly did not read anything that I wrote. It is sad as i would have kept these even if I was only able to get them to perform on par with my $60 headset just based on their build quality alone.

Great sound quality and microphone so like a professional external microphone. Only issue I have is how uncomfortable it is on the top of your head due to how heavy it is. After 30 min of wearing it we can notice it starting to hurt our heads. Other than that it’s a great headset.

Very nice headset for the money was a gift for my son.

I love this headset. It’s sounds great and the microphone is excellent quality. It’s not the most comfortable headset I’ve owned. However I’ve gotten use to it. Sounds great when play grand theft auto 5.
