And as an over the road truck driver didn't try it for a couple of day's. When I did get the chance to use it.The wireless dongle was dead. I Couldn't get back to the store for a couple of weeks to return it. Because of my job. When I did get back i was told it was past the 15 day return policy. Even though I was trying to buy almost $600 more merchandise with the exchange not a refund . I was told they would not exchange it no matter what. So I took my broken headphones and walked out. And will just shop on Amazon exclusively now! Good luck bestbuy.

The PROBLEM I have with them is how cheap the plastic is that connects the ear pads to the headset. There are 3 plastic tab type things that fit into the headset and then you spin it a little to lock it in. I have taken the earpads off exactly one time ever and that was once when I first got them 8 months ago. Recently, one of the ear pads came off and I noticed 2/3 tabs were broken completely off. The last one just broke off. I paid WAY too much for this kind of failure.

Good Quality, Worst Comfort & Battery Life

Battery only lasts about 4-5 hours. Convenient Mute Mic button. Overall, i will be switching back to HyperX as they are $200 cheaper, more comfortable, and very close to same quality. Lags terribly if more than 3 feet from your Gaming Device. Thankfully i have purchased a warrany for the item, to exchange for store credit.
