My box came with a missing cable, so this might not be a fair review. It disconnects from my computer occasionally and the all metal construction is not comfortable at all.

Bought this Jan 4. And as an over the road truck driver didn't try it for a couple of day's. When I did get the chance to use it.The wireless dongle was dead. I Couldn't get back to the store for a couple of weeks to return it. Because of my job. When I did get back i was told it was past the 15 day return policy. Even though I was trying to buy almost $600 more merchandise with the exchange not a refund . I was told they would not exchange it no matter what. So I took my broken headphones and walked out. And will just shop on Amazon exclusively now! Good luck bestbuy.

So almost after 2 years they are starting fail on me. the volume lowers by itself, check updates/firmware through corsair and nothing.

This is an excellent headset that is durable. It is also comfy.

They are speakers for your ears but nothing special that I can tell. The PROBLEM I have with them is how cheap the plastic is that connects the ear pads to the headset. There are 3 plastic tab type things that fit into the headset and then you spin it a little to lock it in. I have taken the earpads off exactly one time ever and that was once when I first got them 8 months ago. Recently, one of the ear pads came off and I noticed 2/3 tabs were broken completely off. The last one just broke off. I paid WAY too much for this kind of failure.

It’s a bit pricey for what it provides, and its durability leaves a little to be desired, but it’s great at what it does.

I recently purchased this header in hopes of having something I would enjoy. To my surprise this headset is pretty good.

Grips head too hard (hurts if wearing glasses). Good audio quality. Battery only lasts about 4-5 hours. Convenient Mute Mic button. Overall, i will be switching back to HyperX as they are $200 cheaper, more comfortable, and very close to same quality. Lags terribly if more than 3 feet from your Gaming Device. Thankfully i have purchased a warrany for the item, to exchange for store credit.

Didn’t think the price justified the sound quality. The feel of the headphones was good though.

The features listed are great and it had the best microphone I've heard on a headset. The problem is my ears touch the inside driver walls and get smashed by them and the headband hurt my head after 5 minutes. The sound is also not what some reviewers have said. The Hyperx Cloud Flight is better sounding by far. And I'm an audiophile so I know what I'm talking about in this area. I wish I could like the headphones but they're unusable because of the discomfort.
