I personally love Corsair products but this one didn’t do it for me. I’ve been wearing Void RGB Pro’s for 5-6 years before buying these and loved them. When I bought these, the earmuffs had barely any room to fit and break in overtime, and the sound quality was 6/10. I also turned up my PC volume to 100% and everything was still very quiet. Not a great experience, sad that the Void Pro’s are gone now.

I bought this item but I would like to process a return or refund. This item has been weird since I got it the sound quality is bad there is some sort of static noise in the background while someone is talking on discord or just talking or even for sounds from game is not good. Lastly connection distance is horrible I can’t even walk into my patio which is 12 feet away and signal cuts off I’d like to return please.

This is probably one of the clearest wireless microphones on a "gaming" headset. However the dealbreaker for me is that it is probably the most uncomfortable headset I've worn. The earcups are shallow and the clamping force is somehow both high and very loose on the headband - e.g. normal walking around / moving of head is enough to cause the headband to slip forward. It was very tough to wear these for more than 30 min at a time before it became very uncomfortable. For the price, it's just not a good value.

Mic and audio are excellent, but unfortunately it gets very uncomfortable after a few hours of use.

Headset sound quality is not bad at all but we've had to reset sound several times, not sure if its our computer or the headset itself.

I'm only giving this headset 2 stars because of the sound quality and aesthetics of the headset. Everything related to ergonomics is absolutely abysmal on this. To begin, the earpads are so tiny that if you do not have tiny ears, or ears that do not protrude from your head whatsoever, then you'll need to buy third party replacements. speaking of replacement earpads, Corsair doesn't sell any for this, but they do for the Voids, which are half the price. Secondly, the headband causes unnecessary pain on top of my head, which I didn't expect from the memory foam, but there is barely any at all inside the thing that you might as well just lay a piece of metal across and call it a day. Corsair seriously decided to put everything into audio design but not even a single cent into ergonomics for this headset. Absolute rubbish, and not worth a premium $200. Save some money and get a Void (wired, $80) or Void Pro (wireless, $100), headsets with which I have had zero issues and can wear for hours on end without complications. I would have got a Void Pro if the Virtuosos had not piqued my interest. It saddens me that Corsair really dropped the ball on this product, and worst of all, I couldn't return it because BestBuy's return policy is ridiculously short (By which I mean I couldn't return them within the month, I was one day late because their return policy is 14 days).

I love this headset so much, provides great sound and audio!

Only 48 hours of use on the headset Powers one then shut off, prior to that disconnection issues on a constant bases. Update was done with no fix to my issue, for paying of $200 not worth it. I had better luck with turtle beach headsets at a fraction of the price. Only thing that did work was the rgb stand l, will be returning. STAY AWAY!!!

This is one of the better headsets I’ve had but at the beginning it hurt my head to wear. After breaking it in it was perfect. Although I wish it did have a on/off button.
