My first issue is with the ear pads which are wayyy too small and the drivers kept rubbing my ears. After about 2 weeks I’ve noticed that they have trouble connecting to my PC and are a bit quirky at times. The mic will continuously stay muted and when I try to unmute it just goes right back to “mic muted.” Having them connected directly does not work as well so you must keep it on wireless when charging. Love the aesthetic but not worth the price tag.

Great sound/microphone, not at all comfortable.

Comfortable? Not so much. The earcups are quite shallow, making my ear press up against the back of it. Measures to about 3/8 of an inch if you would like to compare to your current headset. My Astro A10's were about 5/8 of an inch. It's definitely usable, but my ears started to hurt quickly. Returned it about a week later.

The headset sounds amazing when it works but after turning the computer off or simply unplugging it from the usb c charger sometimes it just doesn't reconnect. I have to uninstall drivers and reinstall and sometimes the sound works but no mic, visa versa. Maybe it's software related.

I contacted them because the headset is NO BETTER than ones at Half the price. Also the volume button is terrible, and the Program to adjust doesn't find the headset on a: Windows 11, Windows 10 system . Also the earpads are round and hurt the ears over time.

But eh it’s pretty average, the mic quality is almost exactly like my razer kraken. Definitely charge it before using them but it was easy to connect to my PS4 & my boyfriends PC.. ended up just giving it to him since he has some ancient headset lol
