I bought this set to replace my old one because its mic stopped working after 3 years. With this headset I was expecting better to be honest. It is not very comfortable, it's heavy. So, after 3 hours my neck start hurting. The mic isn't the best, it does the work tho. Sometimes it fails to be turned on and need to be push up and down again until it works again. The battery is very durable, it last for days with a regular use of 5/6 hours a day. The range isn't too big either but again, it does the job. Overall, this is an average product that could be improved. But I'll go back to my Logitech soon.

The selling point for these is absolutely comfort. This is an absolutely perfect product for a store like Best Buy where you can go in and try on a bunch of different headsets, as this pair will stand out to you positively when you do that. And comfort is very important, so nailing this is huge. But once you get past that... it's rough. * Audio quality feels only okay, not great, and does seem to suffer from being wireless * The software doesn't help much at all and this often means finagling blindly with Windows 10's more arcane Sound Properties menus, trying to set the highest quality the headset will accept * You only get about 4-6 hours of battery life without charging * Charging and using the headphones at the same time requires two USB-A ports * The headset cannot work directly over USB, it's all wireless audio all the time * There is no Bluetooth, 3.5mm, etc... support to enable the headset to work with other devices That last couple of bullets are what really tank this headset for me. I could deal with less-than-stellar audio quality if the headset were more flexible with its connectivity because the headset is so comfortable to wear that I would love to use it as a generalist headset on-the-go which just so happens to be able to work for PC gaming as well. In that case, I would be strongly tempted to get a better headset as my primary for PC gaming, and to use this for most other activities (and PC gaming on the occasion where it's just more convenient because it's already out or whatever). I could not even get this to do audio + charging while using a Surface Pro 2017 because doing so gobbled all USB connectivity so even trying to use a USB 3.1 4:1 breakout cable, connecting the wireless dongle and power nixed anything else working, and I like using a USB mouse with the Surface Pro when possible, so that's a bit of a dealbreaker. But Corsair's connectivity choices have shoehorned this headset into being a PC gaming headset and not much else, and unfortunately that is the scenario in which I'm more willing to trade comfort for performance.

Throughout my years of gaming I have had many different headsets, and this is by far my favorite. Very cool customizable settings with the downloadable software and great audio. Definitely sticking with Corsair with my next headset purchase.

I own 3 of them now. It has great sound quality, decent enough mic, doesn't immediately fall apart unlike other all plastic headsets. The main thing is it actually stays on my fat head with its giant ear pieces.

Wish icue settings would stay on device so icue can turn off and not be used to keep settings working, sound is crisp and clear, I like that icue has voice confirmation makes choosing EQ setting easier and making sure mic is off

This is a great headset for gaming - no wires to get in your way - nice design - and very comfortable. The only downside is there isn't any Mac support for it - only Windows support However it works like a CHAMP on my Windows 10 gaming PC

These headphones have a great sound and are easy to set up. But if your going to purchase them you might as well spend the 10 dollars to upgrade to the elite version which sound better.

I love this headset, but hate it also. Some games it picks up great and other games not so much. It’s comfortable, affordable, and durable, but it is hit and miss for voice quality. The sound is always top notch though.

Allows you to expertly set the EQ to amplify your environment awareness and increase your gameplay. Good strong build quality with real metal(aluminum arms).. Dolby surround sounds great and immersive

This is a great headset for everything a gamer would want, it's sleek, sounds great, microphone is good, and it's comfortable on the ears. However, I've had several issues with my microphone muting/unmuting nonstop making it very distracting having "MICROPHONE MUTED", "MICROPHONE UNMUTED" every time I slightly touched the mic. And the battery didn't last as long as it should have. I felt more than often I found myself looking for the cord to charge. The range is maybe 50 feet through 1-2 walls. Anymore more than that you'll get disruption. I feel that's respectable but I heavily prefer wired headsets after having this one for a year. 4/5 overall still a great product, mainly just feeling reluctant having a rechargeable headset.

They aren't the best on the market but for an average gamer these are wonderful

These have worked great for when I can't turn my speakers on. Reliable, decent to good battery life, and simple to use. The RGB stuff on them is cute but you never see it while you're wearing them.

We've been purchasing Corsair brand products for years, and they never disappoint. These headphones are comfortable and work perfectly. The only con is weight, but this is only something to consider if it is very, very important to you.

I have been using these headphones for a while now and I absolutely love them. Its sound quality is fantastic and its design is great for gamers with glasses. Its microphone is easy to use and the quality is amazing.

I bought this for my 15 year old grandson for his birthday last year. A year later they are still great. Good sound quality, no sound leaking out while he is wearing them. He uses them for gaming and music. I highly recommend them!

If you are on a bugit get these they are great everyone can hear you great and the sound quility is awsome there is only 1 other headset better but if you on a budgit get this

Some of the best headphones I've gotten. Super comfortable, intuitive, and customizable. Sturdy design indicates I'll have these for quite awhile before they need replacing. They're an absolute steal on clearance!

After using it for about a year now, this headset is gets the job done. I will say though the battery is good even with the rgb, but if you really don't care about it and turn it off the battery lasts even longer.

Decent sound quality for wireless in this price range though the mic has some issues.... after a few months i had to rma my headset with corsair due to it constantly saying “mic muted”

This is one of the best headsets I’ve ever owned. Works wirelessly, easily recharges and has a great lighting system that works with other Corsair products. When I’m on my desktop, they light up the room!! Great sound and good mic.
