But... they're pretty solid. They're like a Honda Civic - it doesn't turn any heads but gets the job done. They're also the longest lasting headset I've ever owned, and it's been almost 2 years. You can get these on sale for a good discount. The only real negative is that they run big, so if you have a small head try them out first.

The usb broke when pulling it out of the computer and after speaking with their customer service and filling out the necessary paperwork they sent a free replacement. My husband uses these almost daily for his job and so far they have been highly reliable.
