I bought this headset as a replacement for my recently defunct turtle beaches, Unfortunately I didn’t read into them and discovered too late that they are not compatible with my Xbox one. So while the sound quality is great and the mic is crystal clear I am still gonna have to return them.

It just always seem to never connect and the USB seem to always come apart and break easier then others

There may be quite a bit of interference in your specific situation and that'd cause the problems you describe. As for the USB coming apart that shouldn't happen as it'd only connect once and not be touched again. We apologize for all the problems.
