    We choose this headset because a store employee told us it was compatible with my sons Xbox but it is not so I can’t say if it’s good or not because it’s boxed up ready to go back

    worked for a couple of minutes, then went to eat and came back and nothing, no charging, no USB connect nothing. I tried all the tricks but no luck.

    just do not buy this. It stopped working after a month. Light will not even turn on when plugged in. I did not do anything to it for it to stop working.

    Do NOT buy to use with your Xbox

    The headset is okay according to my son but it is NOT compatible with an Xbox one u like what it says. He did say it has a slight echo even when using in a laptop.

    Bought this headset as a Christmas gift; and after 2 months of use, the mic stopped working. I need to yell into the mic in order for people to hear me.

    Not good at all returned them as soon as I could make it back to Best Buy poor sound had problems with Bluetooth connectivity

    Great Headset With Terrible Fit

    I really like this headset, a lot. I've mostly bought cheaper Razer brand headphones in the past, and these blow those out of the water. However, the fit is terrible. They are so loose on my head that if I look down, they fall straight off. There's not enough clamping force in them. It's also loose enough that there's a very noticeable gap between the bottom of the earcups and the area below my ears, so I do not get the noice cancellation effect, and sound clearly escapes from those areas so my family can clearly hear everything when they're in the same room. These headphones are also very quiet compared to other ones I've used. I think they sound great (when bass isn't too loud - when it is, sound is very muddy, like stock car audio) and I really want to love these more, but I don't think I can keep them if they won't even stay on my head or even completely surround my ears. I'm a pretty big Corsair fan, especially for their keyboards, but I'm pretty sad that I think I might have to use a different brand for the headphones. Corsair doesn't have any other headsets (at least at Best Buy) that fit my criteria for what I'm looking for at the moment. Sad.
