I spent what felt like way too much effort to find how to fix it. 1)hold down the mute button for at least 15 seconds 2)turn them on.

My only complain would be the mic sometimes falls on its own but my previous headset (charcoal black) did not have this problem. Must be a problem with this specific headset. Other than that, no complains.

Often they would become anxious and would not want to complete their applications. The headset worked so well that I no longer heard complaints about the background sounds .

The cup is not big enough for my ear to go in fully. The clamp force is little weak where little bit of movement it can come off your head. Pro: Great price for the quality Con: Battery life ( with RGB on), comfortness

It was comfortable, clear, the sound was great. When I purchased this item on 1/2/19 it works great until today, 1/25/19. 3 weeks and 2 days was all it took to tell me it was fully charged (which should have been, had it plugged in all day) then 10 minutes later tells me it's battery is low and that it's going to shut down. This keeps happening. I fear I won't be able to return this since apparently the return policy is 15 days. What a waste of money.

But those are minor complaints to an otherwise decent headset

Works well with both and sound is great. You need a work around program for Mac which is on Cordair website. Battery life could be longer but its fine for sessions, just have to be mindful to charge it.
