I got this product in discount. Great product for the good price. Problem is that this product drivers are not available for Mac. Although this still works with Mac, but some advance features of the headset are not Available through Mac without drivers.

I own the original courser avoid wireless RGB headphones when they first released. Fast forward a couple years and the original headset didn't hold a charge quite that well anymore. Purchased a new pair which is these and I'm quite satisfied. They fit and feel better than the original.

    Bad hardware and poor useability

I've used these headphones a few hours a week for the past year. No issues with the sound or mic quality, however, the hardware itself is terrible. I'm using the original cord that came with it, and it has to be positioned perfectly to get a charge. This means that I'll pick them up after thinking I've charged them overnight and they've got no charge, because the cord wasn't jiggled correctly. It also means I have no chance of charging them while I wear them, because they have to be sitting very still for the cord to work. I also can't stand the on/off button. It's not a toggle for some reason - you have to hold the button down for a few seconds to either turn the headphones on or off, and sometimes it just doesn't work. After dealing with this for a few months, it gets incredibly annoying. I'd like to be able to just turn my headphones on and off without guessing if I've held the button down long enough every time. One other annoying thing is that you have to open the iCue app in order to check the charge percentage, and it's hidden behind multiple clicks (Settings > Void Pro). It really sucks to be having to look for a new set of headphones after only a year, when these aren't even broken. But the usability is just so poor and it's frustrating to have paid so much for this. I hate these headphones.

Haven't used it much so far, but everything seems to be working fine, and it doesn't feel like this headset will be falling apart anytime soon. It's not THE coziest headset ever, but it's pretty good. Also, plug and go with no special drivers/software necessary.

Love the black and white color scheme. This headset is not great for people who can't manage the wireless usb, like me. But if you can manage it then it's well worth the additional feature of being wireless.

Before I bought this wireless headset, I bought the Corsair wired version from Best Buy and liked it. I knew this headset would be the same quality and it is. I sit about 12 - 15 feet away from the tower that is in a hall closet and have no issues with the wireless. perfect.

These headphones are comfortable and work well. I'm not a expert in sound, but they are good enough for me. My only issue is with the colors that blink on the side of the headphone. They're customizable on the software, but it really doesn't do anything to increase the products value.

For the price I was expecting a better mic, but the mic quality is very mediocre. The headset shines in its wireless quality though. I can walk around my house and it will still maintain connection. Also just a tip keep RGB lighting off to extend battery life.

Got these for my husband, so he and our 11 year old son can talk to each other while they co-op. (We gave our son the same ones for Christmas!) They are both happy with the headphones, although Mom wonders if there is a mute button for the speaker..... lol.

We purchased these for my son last Christmas. He takes very good care of his stuff. We had no issues for the first several months but over the past month or so they have started having issues with static when he plays his games.

Product is pretty cheap and compatibility is not as good as hoped. Also I purchased on sale but it always seems to be the price I paid. Spend 30-40 extra and do yourself a favor and buy something better.

Good headset. Has rgb. Only downside is that you have to download the software to change the rgb sequence or colors. In addition, for some reason it took over a day to fully charge the headset out of the box. But still like it. No complaints. Would buy again

It covers the ear, but the sound does not pull you into the game like my turtle beaches I used in the past on Xbox. The usb stick receiver is awkwardly shaped, a little two long also. I will continue to use them, but sound is just okay.,

I like the headphones a lot but behind my smears there is a gap so noise can bleed out. If I am trying to not bother anyone when playing games this is sort of annoying because there is noise bleeding but other than that these are great.

If you have a white computer build this is a must have . But one thing I don’t like is only one wireless Corsair headset at a time . I had a black one too but will not connect unless you change the sound option . This is a pretty sturdy headset though !

The headset met expectations. Truly the best budget headset you can buy. Wished it had a 3.5 connection, but the 2.4ghz connection works well enough. Build Quality is a bit lower than expected, but for less than $60 it is a great deal.

Nice headset... the charging port is sometimes an issue though. Almost like a phone, it wears out kinda quick, and sometimes its a little hard to get to start charging. but over all nice pair of headphones.
