Unfortunately if a lot is going on in a game, or something suddenly gets loud, there is SIGNIFICANT crackling in the audio, sometimes for extended periods of time. The USB dongle is large, and kind of odly shaped, which makes it either get in the way of adjacent USB plugs, OR difficult to insert into the port depending on the clearance in your case (if plugging into the motherboard). Front panel connection isnt as bad, but the large, fragile feeling dongle seems like it would snap off EASILY if accidentally struck by even a small falling object (say you knocked your headphones off your desk into it). A bit pricey for something that i would only say has medium sound quality, and not the greatest wireless connectivity.

It just always seem to never connect and the USB seem to always come apart and break easier then others

There may be quite a bit of interference in your specific situation and that'd cause the problems you describe. Great headset (wrong platform!!)

I bought this headset as a replacement for my recently defunct turtle beaches, Unfortunately I didn’t read into them and discovered too late that they are not compatible with my Xbox one. So while the sound quality is great and the mic is crystal clear I am still gonna have to return them.
