Exchanged for another pair and on the second day they started to disconnect and reconnect constantly while in charge while being in use. I made sure my USB ports worked properly by trying this with all the ports and got the same issue. Then I tried to charge them while the headset was off and it didn’t recognize they were plugged in and wouldn’t charge. The software it comes with is also very poor (I cue). Ended up going with a different brand. I may have received two bad pairs but I find that hard to believe however possible I suppose. If they worked right, the sound quality and mic quality was actually pretty good. The headset wasn’t comfortable either. That may be due to my head/ear size or shape but just another issue I was not happy with.
