I've had this product less than a year and my left ear cup is starting to mess up. I'm not sure what the issue is but i'm also having connection issues with it.

This headset is well made, but that makes it heavy. They literally would fall off my head if I leaned over. They sound good, but the design is not for me for wearing for several hours each day. Returned.

Trash. Took a solid hour to get equalizer settings that produced ANY bass whatsoever as the preloads are garbage. But after just three hours I set the headset down, walked away for lunch, came back and it was "dead" or as they say online "bootloader mode". I'm not letting the battery drain every time I want to use the headset. That is absurd. Second Corsair headset and second one that was trash. The first was a H2100 years ago where they literally manufactured the microphone backwards.

Great value wireless headphones, but I like many others had the usb charger come unsoldered from the main board inside the headphones. Really seems like a design flaw. I can’t recommend.

very lightweight and has great audio, and probably the best surround sound in its price range. My issue was the microphone is turned on/off by raising and lowering it, and that joint gets loose over time.

I was actually never able to get this headsets drivers installed. You would download the main installer, then during download it would freeze up, or quit out, causing the driver to install improperly. The drivers were also unsigned, so when I physically went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to try and get this headset to work, then the drivers wouldn't install due to them being unsigned. I spent a legitimate 7 hours (6:30PM-1:45AM) and never got to experience the headset. Switched for HyperX Cloud 2, since it uses the Realtek drivers from your motherboard and I highly recommend it

I finally decided to cave and get a headset for my PS4 to start getting back into gaming in my free time. I have no need to talk-smack online, I merely wanted to be apart of the conversation and learn from other players. However, (1) the volume nob never works, and the only way you can change the volume is through the PS4 device/audio settings. (2) I do not have a small head or large head, and these are NOT snug and you cannot get them snug - they do not cup my ears making them feel that there is a gap on the bottoms of each side not giving them the noise cancellation that they should. (3) Apparently other players can hear me "loud and clear" but I cannot hear them "loud and clear" there is crackling occasionally and their voices seem to go in and out with volume constantly. I have played around with all the settings and nothing seems to rectify the problems. (4) I decided to try to use the software available on their website to hopefully help with the 3.5 Dolby, other Audio Settings and the custom LED settings. Unfortunately, the software they have on their website is not up-to-date with MacOSX because it is telling me to DOWNGRADE my computer so I can use their software - which is an absolute joke. Hence, I cannot use their software to change any of the internal settings or customize the headset. Lastly - the mesh is nice and breathable but also just not give a clean seal on your head like faux leather or poly materials do. I recommend these ONLY for the sake they are $60 and wireless and "can" do the job, but apart from the price for value of a wireless headset - they are not worth your time if you are a serious gamer.

The headset broke within a month of purchase. It had a very nice feel to it, but the headphones were not built to last for a while.

have had this for a few weeks now and still cant get it to work. I am sure its a great set of headphones but i might never know at this rate.

Do yourself a favor and before you buy any Corsair product, go to their forums and read the night mare you will need to go through with the software. To put it nicely, its trash....it freezes and when it does freeze up, it takes ALL and I mean ALL your profiles to your devices. Corasir Mouse? Macros and button mapping GONE when it freezes. Corsair Cooler? Fan profiles all GONE when it freezes.

As an average person at 5'9" this was the first headset I've owned that is too big. Volume dial broke before 2 months of use. This is the first headset the I've owned that won't let you change songs using headset buttons. constantly tries to auto shutdown when i'm actively using it. Yes I do have the latest firmware installed. Other than that, the mic and audio are great.
