I thought it was the battery not holding charge. But I see it still has 95% in the iCue software. After more research, I see it may have conflict with 2.4Ghz wireless. Unfortunately, my google wifi won't let me adjust the wifi channel or the frequency. I may have to return this. I see this can be a hassle for anyone who just want something to plug and play.

This one did not impress me. The only good things I have to say about it is that the sound quality is "decent" at best, and the mic works pretty well. Now for the negatives. There are tons of people saying that this just doesn't fit snug on your head, and they are right. It just always feels loose, and if you look down, it will start to fall off. There is always a gap between the cups and your head, so sound is leaking out. Other corsair headsets i've used have been perfect in this aspect. Within a few weeks of using this headset, it started cutting out. Probably every 30 minutes or so, the sound will just stop and I can't hear anything for about 5 seconds. Sometimes it doesn't come back until I flip the mic up and back down for some reason, so if i'm playing a game and my hands are busy, I just can't hear anything until my hands are free. Sometimes, the mic just straight up shuts off while completely charged. This is a MASSIVE issue and an absolute deal breaker for me. I cannot recommend this product.

This headset (nor any other headset of ours) has bluetooth connectivity. That being said, I thank you for your feedback, the fit does get better but it's a design that is better suited for slightly bigger heads.

Bad News

They also stoped working and to get them to turn on again I had to disconnect the battery and there tech service said I voided the warranty . Anyway they are in the landfill minus the battery and have to buy a new pair! 2 thumbs down.
