The battery life kind of sucks, they are not very loud, they let in all kinds of noise in the room around you. Not impressed at all. I use them if im using my wheel on a racing game as the wire on my other pair gets in the way. Outside of that I use my much better wired hyperX's.

I apologize these are not better for you. If you are still within the return period for the headset then you may find the HS70 fits you better. As for the battery problem and the quietness, that could be a issue with the headset itself if all the sound settings are properly set, please do reach out to us and we can help with that: support.corsair.com CorsairGaming

Its seems like a nice solid headset, but when I got it home and plugged in the headset to charge them up, no LED light would come on to show it was charging. I left them plugged in over night but they still wouldn't charge. The set was dead. So back to the store for another set.

Corsair, typically is a great company. These headphones are poorly made, though. The cheap magnets used to produce the sound failed on these within about 3 months of purchase. If you're looking for a pair of great headphones, look elsewhere than these.

After a year of use my battery dies after 3 hrs of use, there is no reason for such a quick discharge, this is the second one i have gone through for the same reason, in 2 years, so i may not continue to use corsair headsets, Logitech's is looking better everyday

Own the Logitech 933 and Razer Man O' War. Used this couple of hours and it is clear that the sound reproduction has a lot of static. When it came to music the headset is not good and this was done with everything on default and 7.1 turned off. Had to return the item.

Everything about the headset is just average, nothing special about it. It also starts to breakdown after 4 months of usage which is kind of a red flag. It’s worth it at it’s price for a wireless but honestly kinda disappointed.

Headset was way too big and heavy for me, but I’m also petite. Sound quality was average to me. Ended up return and purchasing the PlayStation gold headset which is perfect for my needs.

These are going to only work in some unique situations. They are not Bluetooth. You cannot use them in any device that does not have a USB port. They will not work with iPhones or iPads Nintendo Switches.

The Corsair Void Pro Wireless is a good headset for most users. Pros: Excellent build quality, battery life, voice clarity, and very comfortable especially for long hours of gaming. Cons: Poor range on the USB transmitter. I originally had it plugged in behind the case that sits on my desk (out of sight out of mind), however, it kept saying "Mic off" "Mic on" as well as occasional static and cutout of sound. After relocating the stick to my keyboard passthrough all issues resolved. Secondly, the sound is not great and is only controlled by the USB (No link to motherboard sound or sound card). Sound quality is okay for gaming, not a lot of bass, flat sounding on the highs; not recommended for music listening, gaming only. Knowing this I still think it's a good headset and will be keeping it.

I got these for my nephew for 40$ and they are what you'd expect at that price point. Ear cups are an odd shape, not sure who has square ears. Doesn't create a good seal so you can hear a lot around you.

      Hi,

Which specific issues is your nephew having? Please note that no headset out there has the specific outer shape of the human ear as design, the external shell would just be round/oval/square-ish.

Out of the box I was impressed with the build quality. The metal hinges and memory foam were nice to see. Upon listening to music I noticed a bit of clicking or peaking in the drivers. While they were loud and clear the clicking was too much to handle. They are NOT compatible with Dolby Atmos for Headphones on PC. They simply convert 8 Channel audio into Binaural stereo. The option to hear your mic's feedback so that you do not yell only works right after you set it. Exit the software or mute the mic, and it stops working. Overall not a terrible product. Would pay $40 for them with these issues.

I bought these because they were on sale and I was super jealous of my husband being able to get up and walk around and still hear what was going on in discord. I'm mad for not doing more research on them before I bought them. They are literal garbage. I can't walk more than 10ft from my computer before they start having a meltdown and disconnecting and reconnecting like crazy. The battery life is mediocre at best so I find myself having to stay plugged in during raid nights anyway. Save your money and get a quality headset.

The box does mention which devices are compatible, the XB not being mentioned. Were you informed the headset would work with it by a Best Buy employee?

      Hi Dockie,

Sorry to hear about the fitment on you for this headset. If you'd like to give our Elite line a look, those VOID are a bit better fit and a more comfortable material for some. Otherwise, I think the HS70 Pro is your best bet in our line of wireless headsets.
