Ordered these headphones and they would not charge. Used multiple chargers and tried to charge for 24 hours. The light wouldn't even come on. Bought a 2nd pair and the same thing happened these head phones are junk don't waste your money on them. Called customer support they told me to download the update and program them how can you program something that has to power. The laptop couldn't connect. So I'm out 160 bucks for 2 pairs of paper weights. Thanks for nothing.

The sound and build quality are both nice, but I can't even go a full work day with these being unplugged which kind of defeats the purpose of why I bought them.

Nice headset, nice sound but after 7 months of used I started having sound issues, my pc sometimes can't detect the headset so I install and reinstall the corsair app.

I was initially excited to get started and see how well these sounded based on the reviews. Unfortunately I can say that I am disappointed. Not only.to me but my son as well feel the volume is low compared to the other headsets we own. Fitment I love. It takes a minute to get used to but after you find that spot you almost forget they are on. I'm a decent size guy and they fit me and my 14yr old son. I might exchange them but still unsure.

    For larger heads only

I purchased this on a sale for $70, which seemed to be a decent deal. I am a casual PC gamer, and use it to listen to music. I am not an audiophile, but I like decent sound / bass. The sound quality, bass etc, is fine. Not bad, not amazing. For the price for a gaming headset, it's hard to beat. Has neat lights etc, but you can turn them off. The mic turns on / off when you put the mic up, which is nice if you are not using push to talk. The charge is pretty decent. The wireless signal is not as good as bluetooth, but is fine for going a short distance, like to the room next door. Both of these met what I was looking for. They're comfortable enough. After a while, they get warmer than I would like, though they're more breathable than some over the ear headphones I've worn in the past. They are a little heavy, but not too bad. My biggest complaint- I have an average sized head. These are just way too big for my head. The size is a little excessive, but typical for gaming headsets, which in general for over the ear I could be okay with. However, they do not clamp to your ears. I have it on the smallest setting, and it's very lose. If I look down, or turn my head, they are basically dancing back and forth on my head. If I looked all the way down, they would fall off. Looking halfway down, they are half over my ears. When I'm sitting still only, not moving, they are fine. In short- the quality is fine. They work well for $70 on sale headphones. At $100, it's a little stretch, but still competitive. However, this is only if you have a large head. If I had to do over again, I would've paid more for some that stick to my head better.

    USB Reliability

I did not particularly like the quality of the audio as well as the build quality of the headphones. The USB that connects the computer which sends the signals to the headphones is also built poorly to the point where the USB broke. I cannot use the headphones now so I am experimenting in soldering it myself. I think it is ridiculous that there is no alternative way to hook up the headphones wired.

I've been using these for about 3 months now. I either own or have owned the Logitech G933, Razer Man o war, and the Steelseries Arctis 7 wireless headsets. The comfort of these are the best out of all of them, I can wear them for hours without pain or ear sweat. Build quality is outstanding (right up there with the Arctis 7). Sound quality is decent but I think all the other ones are a bit better. Surround sound quality is meh (It's better than the Arctis 7 but worse than the Razer and G933). Wireless range is fine for me but it's the lowest out of the bunch. The microphone is pretty decent but is a little quiet (better than the arctis and G933 but not as good as the Razer.) So... the annoyances. My main annoyance is the battery life. It's the shortest out of the bunch. And if you get these you'll either want a backup headset for when it dies (you can't charge it and use it at the same time) or constantly make sure it's fully charged. I'm plugging these in every other day where all the other ones I'd charge them about once a week. Another annoyance is that the mic side-tones will stop working when you mute/un-mute. To get it to work again you can try to mute / un-mute (sometimes that works) but often I'll adjust the sidetone volume in the software to make it work again. I'm pretty sure this is a software issue and hopefully corsair fixes it, but I'm not holding my breath. The other issue is if you record your gameplay whenever you mute/unmute your mic you'll hear that in your videos - I don't care about it but just letting you know. And the final issue you might care about is that the headset fits rather loose. I have a medium-large head and it feels a touch loose. The good news is that it doesn't clamp down very hard so it's nice and comfortable. A down side with the cloth earcups and lack of clamping force is that sound leaks out of these pretty easy, so that's something to consider if you don't want others to hear whatever you're listening to. So overall it has annoyances as do all headphones I've owned but the comfort and build quality makes this wireless headset my favorite thus far.

That'd be a limitation of the headset on the PS4, unfortunately, but besides changing settings within the interface then there's unfortunately no other pointers for us to give. If you have problems with this headset on a Windows-PC please let us know at support.corsair.com CorsairGaming

After 10/15 second start to lose the sound as it is trying to connect, with a voice saying ''mic on/mic off/ mic on...'' really upset specially after looking for some bad reviews about the same problem of connectivity. I'm giving it back to the store and getting a logitech one that never frustrated me.
