Couldn't get levels right. I don't recommend. Not even really comfortable.

First off this thing barely lasts a few hours. And iCue software is horrible at telling you accurate battery stats. One moment you’ll be at 97 percent then it drops down to half. Heck it wouldn’t even charge to a full 100 percent. This thing isn’t even worth the price. It’s junk.

Bought this right before Christmas for my son. And end of January they quit charging. Best Buy didn’t offer a warranty for them and I am guessing this is why they break easy. Not worth the price. I been dealing with manufactur for 3 weeks trying to get them to fix/replace them with no luck so far.

I have had these less than a month and they have already stopped working!

Not for gamers, more likely for music. I did not like ut.

They are not worthwhile at all. The first pair I bought worked for two days before failing to charge or turn on and its replacement lasted less than a day before it stopped working. I looked at various forums and it seems to be a common flaw and I didn't notice a fix that worked for me.

Bought the headphones as a Christmas gift and have not been able to get them to work. If the manufacturer would less time to bragging about their products and spend more time figuring out the way to make them work they might have a good product. Google Reviews before you purchase them

I bought this headset to replace my Logitect G930s for PC gaming. I really liked my G930, but it kept disconnecting and reconnecting, like many seem to eventually do. These are good. Good soundspace awareness for gaming. You can easily tell right/left/behind/forward/etc. It does really lack in the lows. Bass is terrible really. I would never watch a movie or listen to music with these. I'd definitely use my Klipsch headphones. They would be tolerable, but they work great for the main use I bought them for. Also, note I only use them for PC gaming.

These sound ok. They aren't the best for media but for gaming they are fine. The big issue is these are poorly designed. The earphones are way too wide and the headband too deep. Even on the smallest setting these felt like they were a head glance away from falling off.

I literally had the headset for 1 hour. It quit working. No. Its not because I didn't set it up right. I even downloaded all the software. After I downloaded all of the software. It quit. Headset wouldn't charge. It didn't even turn back on.

I've gone through 2 pairs of Logitech G430s and a set of SteelSeries (Can't remember which model) before getting the Corsair Void Pros. These are the best headphones I've used yet. They are comfortable. The SteelSeries bothered my ears after about an hour of play-time, the Logitech didn't bother me even after extended use, but would sometimes start to slip off. The Corsair do not bother me, even after a long gaming session and after about 3 months use I can say they don't slip. Sound quality is excellent. I tend to play games more than watch movies or listen to music, and these are the best sounding set of headphones I've used. Other things: I charge them every night or every other night, and haven't had them die on me yet and I would rate the battery life quite well. The range on the Wireless adapter and freedom of not having a cable makes for a better experience. (My robotic vacuum tried to eat the cable of my G430s quite a few times.) I left out one star because once (only once) the Corsair software got disconnected from the headphones and I had to Google how to put them in pairing mode.

This is my 3rd headset and I’m not too sure why. After a while I’ve been having usb issues but I was able to soft reset and fix it. Not if I don’t have it plugged in, it dies. And now Best Buy won’t let me return it even with its box

I've always been a Corsair fanboy, and so I went with this headset to complete my setup. It has everything I could need and want, from a very comfortable structure to a fully customization interface in the iCue software. 7.1 surround sound is great, and the headphones deliver a good amount of bass not only for gaming but for watching movies and listening to music. The mic is what you'd expect for a $100 wireless headset, not the best but it gets the job done if you're just gonna be using it for game chat and Discord. Setup is very easy, but you're gonna need 2 USB ports on your computer because there's not only the charger but also an adapter. In-game, the headset feels really immersive. Only big issue I've really noticed is that when you move your head , it tends to slide off slightly. If I want to lean over to grab something, I have to hold the headset in place so it doesn't fall off. However, this isn't that big of a deal, and in the end I'd totally reccommend this headset to anyone who's looking for a budget-friendly wireless headset.

Great gaming headphones sound quality is amazing, battery life is also great I am happy with this purchase.

I was thinking I was going to love this headset, but it keeps saying the Mic is off and is on. Every time it does it kills the sound in the headset. Have not been able to find a fix or workaround to these problems.

You sent me a used headset and the only way to return it is to go without a headset for over a week. This is some serious bs. Won't order anything from best buy online ever again.

The sound is horrendous. I cannot recommend this to anyone. IF you're looking for only RGB, then this is the headphones for you. If you want both RGB and sound, look elsewhere!
