Favorite headset so far

This headset keeps the weight in your head, not your ears so the earcups sit nicely and comfortable. The LED lighting also matches the rest of my corsair devices.

Great when the software isn’t acting up

Second one is solid. Only complaint is the actual software. The CUE settings do not stay. During use, if I put the mic arm up, then put it back down to rejoin a chat, my audio settings are gone. For instance, hearing my own voice through the headset when I talk. I have to open up CUE software and reapply the setting. Sometimes the setting won’t activate, and I have to shut down restart everything to get it to work. So...great headset. Poor software from Corsair.

Best feature is that it is wireless with a USB dongle. Being USB, it gives you another output device in your windows sound settings. I can now have my game audio played through my speakers and have the voice chat sent to my headphones discreetly.

I use them for work and gaming and use them for hours a day... 8 to work and another 4 gaming some days! Icue software is meh..ok with the headset ..wouldn't use it but it already runs my Corsair setup including fans, k65 keyboard and Corsair m56 mouse.

I have the Elite Version of these and this was too good of a deal to pass up. So far, same Build quality and sound As mine. Corsair has always come through for me in their products. Thank you BestBuy for being a Partner of theirs.

It gets plugged in through usb so no cords unless you are charging it. The mic has a cool feature where if you lift the mic above your head it automatically mutes. Overall I would recommend it's a good a product.
