I am a pretty avid gamer, and I spend a majority of my time on Xbox but I do play pc. I bought this headset as a replacement for my recently defunct turtle beaches, Unfortunately I didn’t read into them and discovered too late that they are not compatible with my Xbox one. So while the sound quality is great and the mic is crystal clear I am still gonna have to return them.

Seems like I had to return this item more than three times for it breaking on us so I won’t buy this particular headset again I will change to a different brand and hope it doesn’t break as easily as the corsair. It just always seem to never connect and the USB seem to always come apart and break easier then others

If you're looking for a multi-platform headset, this is not the one you are looking for. Corsair stated it would but its not great. PS4: It works fine on PS4 but does not have a sound level as an actual PS4 headset. The sound is faint and hard of hearing. The mic quality is amazing on PS4, that's a plus. Stay away from this headset if you are going to use it on console. Especially if playing competitive games. PC: If you are looking for a wireless strictly for PC, this is the headset you need. No problems while using Skype, Discord, Zoom, and Teamspeak. Just download the CUE program and adjust the EQ for more of a definitive sound or use the presets they have already there. Overall: The battery is true to what they say on the specs. But for a longer battery life turn off the fancy lights within the CUE program. Also the "yellow" isn't really "yellow" its like a weird dry mustard look...kinda stupid. I paid $59.96 during a sale. I returned the item because I need a fully function headset.
