I have no problem receiving sound and conversations. Unfortunately I am returning these for exchange today because transmission is not so amazing. I am tired of trying to find the spot where I can be heard. I am exchanging because I like these so much I am hoping this is a fluke and I will have better luck with another set.

Turn off auto off after 5 minutes. It will cause headaches. Update to the latest firmware. You can turn off RGB using the software to improve battery life as well Also, buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. If the battery dies, who knows how to replace it for this thing?

The headset is great for younger gamers...

Therefore, I can't speak for the more advanced gamers. As for comfort, they both say it's comfortable to wear for HOURS. lol. I would STRONGLY recommend placing the USB piece in the back of the computer. My son put his the front USB port and he ended hitting it with his leg and it broke.
