On discord it showed . Adjusted all sound setting on CPU , corsair ,and discord . All three did not help . Returned it and bought Corsair VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Gaming Headset — Gunmetal. Better quality mic and the sound is tremendous .

When trying to adjust headset on head the mute button is wrongly placed as it's always hit when adjusting. Doesn't work with iCUE all the time. You have to unplug it and plug it back in. The plastic bezels that hold the speakers feel loose and cheaply made. Lots of creaking canbe heard. I have used Corsair for years including memory, coolers, fans, mice, keyboards, and even my computer case. That was my first experience with a Corsair branded headset and it was not pleasant. I returned them for a Steelseries wireless they are so much better.
