    I thought it would be more durable but it already has a shortage in it. Quite heavy too. If it was heavy due to durability that would be fine, but its not.

    Low Mic Volume

    Audio quality was okay. However I've had the Void Pro Wireless for sometime now and wanted to get away from being wireless. My issue with these and after looking it up for many is the mic volume is super low. I've boosted everything possible on my end (PC, iCUE, and Applications) however it is still only registering about 8-10% when testing. Unless I want to shove the boom in my mouth to get about 15% pickup. I've only used these for a day but constantly have people telling me they can't hear me and to speak up. So unless you enjoy shouting all the time find another headset. Will be returning today.

    Very good overall quality, with some work. Cons: Major compatibility issues out of the box. Had to tweak discord settings to get rid of a substantial input delay (put in Comp mode to make it think i was on Win 7). iCue RGB software is, as always, a complete nightmare. Pros: USB with no dongle is personal preference. Once you spend the time getting the settings right, the sound quality is astounding. Mic is super clear so far. The best though is the fit. I have a rather large head (size 8 1/4 hat) and this is, by far, the most comfortable headset I have ever worn. TLDR: if you dont mind spending 30-45 mins on initial setup, these are a GREAT value headset.

    Had these 9 months use once a week for 2 hours or less and they have begun to making a crackling noise when the mute button is pushed and people talk. So disappointed!

    Disappointment

    I had the older version of this headset for years, it worked perfectly until they broke. Updated to this one, and was extremely disappointed. The surround audio was terrible. Everything sounded muffled and far away. Mic quality was bad as well, numerous people told me I sounded far away. Was excited to have these back on, but now that excitement is gone.

    Google search revealed that this was a known issue with this product, manufacture was aware. Only fix is to download a separate third party software to boost levels.

    They are super heavy when wearing and the ear pads don't touch on the bottom allowing noise from you surroundings to interfere. I ultimately returned them for a 3.5mm head phone jack opposed to the USB because I quickly found out not all USB headset work on Xbox Series X.

    Mic too quite

    Loved the look and function but mine had the problem of mi mic output being so quite that others couldn't hear me. I tried using a 3rd party virtual amp boost and it was better but I don't like running other programs in the background so I returned it.

    Bought because our wireless Void RGBs were starting to get old. The microphone is low, cuts out constantly, and Corsair's answer is to have you install unrelated software because they can't be bothered to fix it themselves. Get anything else.

    I bought this headset on January 2020 and the microphone already died. It was connected to the computer and I never pulled it out of the USB port. You can still hear with it, but that's about it.

    The Microphone on this is trash. Every Corsair I've had prior has been great, but I do not recommend this headset. Spend the extra cash and go wireless or just avoid this headset.

    DO NOT BUY all of these headsets have a problem with the mic that Corsair has failed to fix you have to download 3d party software in order for the mic to barley work do not buy !!!
