THis headset is for PC only. The only way you can use it for Xbox is if you stream through the Xbox app to your PC. Other than that it will not work with Xbox. I believe it works with PS4 but only in the stereo mode not 7.1 mode. When you purchased the headset download iCue software. To. Personalize your experience with the equalizer presets. And RGB lighting .

Pretty good headset, but probably not the best for small heads. Sound is super good for a gaming device, probably because audio card. Main con for me it’s maximum microphone’s volume is low even you gain slider in settings to 100% The quality of mic is good.

These headphones sound great are very sturdy and also comfortable

I really like the 7.1 sound I get from using this in FPS and in mmo’s the sound quality is awesome. Only issue I have is compared to my other headset I have the mic does not seem to pick up my voice that well so I am having to talk loudly enable to communicate with my friends over voice chat.

Feel comfortable and sound great. I prefer these over a number of headphones I’ve owned.

Amazing headsets. The sounds quality is great. I only use them for gaming and the environmental sounds could not be better. Microphone is awesome too I have a clear voice through it. Also not hot microphone ever. You can adjust everything using the Corsair app giving you the chance to play cool. I do recommend this one. Enjoy the sounds

Sound quality is excellent. Lightweight and quality craftsmanship.

Other than a slight issue with Corsair's website undergoing maintenance when I first started using these, which delayed being able to make full use of the headset for a few hours, I'm finding these quite comfortable, with good sound quality and microphone sensitivity. It's also far easier than the dual 3.5 MM plugs that my old headset had to use.

This headset has excellent sound quality, and good base. The surround sounds works as good as the home theater system I have in my basement. Only negative is that you can’t yourself though the mic which at times will cause me to talk louder than I would like but that’s not a deal breaker.

I purchased this headset mainly for zoom conferences and VoIP calling. I needed a USB headset and this fit the need perfectly. They are very comfortable over the ear and the mic boom swings up and down easily. The volume wheel and mute button are easily found and manipulated. I almost gave this 4 stars. I had to install the Corsair iCUE software and fiddle with the microphone sensitivity to be heard easily. That information is easily found searching the web.

I choose it between it and each of the void pro, the cloud ii pro, the Logitech G pro, the steal series Arctis 7 and lastly the vertuoso. And I am glad with this purchase. Also the vertuoso has this great looks but I choose to practical and choose the wired this. At the end of the day (feeling happy)
