I purchased this headset mainly for zoom conferences and VoIP calling. I needed a USB headset and this fit the need perfectly. They are very comfortable over the ear and the mic boom swings up and down easily. The volume wheel and mute button are easily found and manipulated. I almost gave this 4 stars. I had to install the Corsair iCUE software and fiddle with the microphone sensitivity to be heard easily. That information is easily found searching the web.

I choose it between it and each of the void pro, the cloud ii pro, the Logitech G pro, the steal series Arctis 7 and lastly the vertuoso. And I am glad with this purchase. Also the vertuoso has this great looks but I choose to practical and choose the wired this. At the end of the day (feeling happy)

This headset is very comfortable, and the software is good, but not as good as rocatt. I recommend this headset if you don’t have a problem with no removable mic. The led is bright and smooth. The included mic cover is wonderful, I don’t see that very often anymore. The comfort is good on the ears, and soft on the head.

Decent sounding headset, though through discord with friends i get complaints of low mic output volume and recently had an update issue with corsair icue where my mic wouldn't unmute. Worth the cost when it works, though next time I think ill go a different route.

Bought this as a gift for my Girlfriend's brother. Very comfy and lasted me about 5 years til I upgraded to a newer Corsair Model. I been using Corsair Peripherals for almost 10 years now not gonna change to a different gaming brand any time soon

Comfortable, easy to set up, only issues is sidetone volume has been bugged since release with no fix coming. If sidetone is important to you, go with the wireless corsair voids.

Excellent sound!! perfect for video games that have 360 sound, sounded like there was a zombie right behind me ready to take a bite, scared the SH** out of me when I first tried them out! Microphone also picks up super nice and clear, blocking out most background noise! Those 3d audio youtubes really can mess with you!

These are a comfortable headset for someone that might have bigger ears. :) That said, these work great. For those maybe looking, I have this working out of the box (no drivers) on Windows Server 2019. I know that is unusual, but I am sure there are some gamers out there using Server as their main OS.

Love this headset. I am able to fully customize audio, lights, and voice alerts/prompts via the software. So glad this has a mic mute. Although I paid a bit extra for quick delivery I have to mention that I order quite a lot from Bestbuy and delivery is always on the mark. Price was a bit high, hope it lasts.

Great mic, great sound, great correspondence with rgb

This is an amazing product. I actually got this on Black Friday and have been using this every day since then. It works great for surround sound and normal stereo. It is very loud so even the quietest of games will be heard. I actually use this often as speakers since it is louder than my monitor speakers XD

I purchased this product a while back. Aesthetically this product is very pleasing, it looks modern, icue RGB works great and even the sound is pretty decent with the different modes. My main complaint with this is the mic, it is pretty bad. I've had multiple friends say they can't hear me no matter how I tweak the audio. I've also tried a fix that was suggested online because others have had this issue. Sadly, I learned my mic was terrible after the return period so I just learned to deal with it. Given the opportunity, I would not buy again.
