This is way better. Easier cleanup , less electricity.,quicker. Now my oven isn't monopolized by jerky all day. It is quiet and holds alot. Highly recommend

My dad loves to make dried apples and pears and they make a delicious snack while preserving them to last!

Great but…..

Only issue is there is no power off switch. You plug it in and you can start and stop the machine but not turn it off.

I have used this item multiple times so far and it has exeeded my expectations. I have not had any problems so far.
