I can't remember for sure, but I believe it had true multiplayer, with split screen to play with friends. This game claims multiplayer up to 4, but its pass and play. Not interesting, and not true multiplayer.

The game makers completely lost their way when firecrackers in the blue world took my characters pants! Pantsless play might be humorous to some, but not when you are crashing into things. “It’s about time” to get more creative and also let the characters keep their pants.

LOVE IT

Crash 4 has beautiful graphics, new mechanics, more playable characters/skins, and much more. I especially appreciate the playback tape levels which are awfully hard; but a veteran Bandicoot since the OG playstation like me embraces the challenge. 10/10 recommend.
