Good, but maybe harder than the original

The graphics are incredible and yet they were true enough to the original that the nostalgia factor was still there. The controls took some getting used to, as they aren't the same as they are in the original game so it took a bit to "overwrite" the muscle memory, but man. I felt like a kid again.

Nostalgia at its best, great fun for newcomers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will always have a love for Crash being the first Playstation game that I owned, and even removing the nostalgia factor (for me) these games hold up great today. Back to a simpler time when platformers ruled the day and it was all about action, running, jumping, and being able to play for 20-30 minutes without having to worry about an enormous amount of cutscenes, load times, setup, etc., Crash is easily accessible to anyone, young or old, new or classic gamer. These games are excellent - especially Crash 3: Warped. I would recommend playing through in order to see hwo the games evolved over the years, and there is so much replay value in getting 100% that you likely won't put the controller down for quite some time. And all for a price that can't be beat!

The first two games are a little harder than they were in the original makeup but they are still a lot of fun to play!
