Worst phone ever.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone has severe issues charging, and also has issues sending texts and MMS. I can plug it in, and hours later, it's still not above 50%. I've had it a little over a month now, and it's been like this since day one. It will also die on the charger. It can be at 20+%, and I can make a phone call, and even with the screen off, it will drain the battery. Not only will it not charge well or stay charged, it also sends MMS multiple times to recipients. It averages about three times per MMS. And it stops sending texts randomly and I have to restart the phone in hopes that my texts will send or I can hit retry, however while it's doing this, I can still receive texts. Overall, this would be a great phone if these issues were fixed, but the way it is now, I cannot recommend this device to anyone. I will never be buying an Alcatel product again.

great phone ,worse warranty

I thought I would get a replacement or a repair, but it's not covered under the warranty. If I would have purchased geek squad for 17.99 it still wouldn't have covered it. I am so disappointed with this company and their misleading warranties. I called the Cricket company and they stated if I would have purchased the phone through them and not best buy, I could have gotten a replacement. So don't always go with what seems like a great deal.
