bad cell phone

So I figured it sounded like it would be a great phone and a good price for it. I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. First the phone would constantly freeze and shut off on its own. Then I had to factory reset the phone for anything to work at all. So I lost all my information because it said it backed up on my Google account and didn't. Then the speaker started to mess up and making a screeching nose anytime the phone would go off. Then it just stopped working all together and it has yet to work ever again. I've had this phone for about 3 months now and wish I never got it. Yeah the screen size is nice but if you watch 1080 videos they are beyond blurry. I don't know if I just got a defective phone or what the case is but I hate it. Will definitely remember next time I ever get a phone from Best buy's to get the warranty on it.

Awful phone

Good luck with that. No resolution. Getting lots of feedback and echo on calls. Guess I will use it for a paperweight. Don't waste your money on this one.
