Could not keep the text notification turned on. Could not use the speaker phone it would echo to bad. And when I would talk to people they said it sound like I was in a box. So went back to a windows phone.

Everything is awesome except when it comes to the volume of the phone. I had switch back to my old phone because when it comes to having a conversation on the phone you can barely hear the person on the other end. The speaker phone is horrible too.

Phones now days are not just for making phone calls, it is imparitive that apps work with out making your phone crash or slow your phone down so much you have to wait minutes to use the phone. At first I thought maybe it was just one or two individual apps, but this happens with any and all apps that you get. Where it be Facebook l, a camera app, or google maps, they all crash or cause your phone to slow down for minutes. The phone it self is great, it has to due with the operating system not working properly with the apps. This is sad because the phone is a good phone.

Just like the title says. Phone is okay for a beginner or an older person. Yes, it's running "Android 6.0.1" But, with only 1gb of operating ram you're hoping that phone can keep up with running 2 or more apps at once! Also quite often it fails to show or more often send out text messages(Seriously folks, seriously). Then when you do restart the phone, it will show "NEW RECEIVED CALLS"..... Although the phone never rings, vibrates, nothing. Altogether I must restart the phone 4+ times a day due to not sending out texts, showing recieved calls & just doing normal phone functions. If I could return the phone at this time. I'd do it in a heartbeat! Heck, even faster than that! Best thing about the phone. The 6" screen size. That's really nice. Graphics isn't too bad. Best Buy you have a great price on this phone when I bought it. I'd probably do it again if in the same situation.

The device is nice. However the operating system is overly complicated and down right poor. Basically Android 6 does not hold water against Android 4

The owner to use their micro memory card to move apps onto it to improve phone performance, plus for the phones price, it should have 32gb or internal memory.

Tried changing the ringtone of the phone but it would not let me do it. I always comes up to an error. Will be returning the phone for a different one or sticking to the Samsung brand...

The phone has a lot of problems should be recall on them, also Best buy should extend buy back because of the problems with them

Had to return because my number could not be transferred after multiple attempts by Best Buy and cricket
