I pre ordered the game on september 28 to get the steel book but once i got the game there was not steel book.

This is a fun addition to the FFVII canon. While parts of the game have not aged as well as I remember from when I first played it on the PSP (the writing and voice acting is not the best, even with the new cast), the core gameplay is very fun, and I will never pass an opportunity to hop back into this world. Highly recommend for any JRPG fan, and a great way to get ready for the second part of Remake, hopefully coming later this year!

Upon pick up Of my preorder of the PS5 version, I was not given my steelbook and had to pay extra for one. Upon pickup of the Crisis Core steelbook, I discovered that they had ordered me the steelbook for the Nintendo switch (I preordered on PS5)

Like others have stated my pre order didnt come with the advertised steel book. I didnt get digital bonus content either that was available everywhere else. The game itself is awesome but im done pre ordering through bestbuy.

I won't get other pre orders from best buy again. Never got steelbook.

I brilliant remaster of a classic PSP title, it has an addictive gameplay loop, an engaging story, and combat has been vastly improved.

Disc did not work even after cleaning it multiple times

Bought as a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was a great discount, packaged and shipped quickly, and it is a great game for Final Fantasy players.

Fun game, perhaps not at full price but a great pick up if you're a ffvii fan.

Amazing game and i would like to add everyone complaining about the steelbook they ship at different times so keep a look out for an email saying its ready to pick up

Graphics needed a lot more polish on fmvs but great other than that.

Preordered this game and received it when expected. Upon opening, discovered that the outside case was broken and the inside part that holds the disc securely was broken. Best Buy refused to accept return due to outer wrapper removed. How can I be aware of damage until the item is opened?

Didn't get the pre-order steelbook promised and advertised.
