My old crackpot the lid handle broke so I purchased this one that came with the smaller pot. Couldn't be happier with both

Cooker is easy to use, and move around. I like that it comes with the Little Dipper warmer. I didn't realize I needed it!

I absolutely love my crock pot. Just wish the quality of the display screen was a little better but overall great product!

Good product, lasts a long time. This is the only brand of crock-pot I have ever purchased. The temperature settings are somewhat inaccurate, they are very hot (even the warm setting). I usually cook most meals on the low setting for 6-7 hours, otherwise they are overcooked.

I love this slow cooker! I can set it in the morning and can have a great meal at the end of the day.

We purchased this as a replacement. So far it works just fine. We use crock pots extensively due to time constraints.

Cooks dinner with less effort. I personally don’t use this item but my wife seems very pleased with it. Because she’s happy with this purchase i’m happy with this purchase. The crockpot does exactly what it supposed to do no more no less.

This crockpot works great, reasonably priced, looks nice. The only thing I do not like is that the outside gets so hot to the touch, you can actually burn your hand. This scares me to leave it on if I am not home because i worry it could be a fire hazard. I need to call Best Buy and see if this is normal or not. It does come with a small crock pot for dips, etc.

Slow to heat up to start cooking,also the warm setting doesn’t warm it stays to hot and cooks ,this pot really needs a warm setting that works . I also noticed the pot doesn’t fit into the cooking pot, it wobbles... which is prolly the reason it takes so long to heat up! I gave this pot 3 stars but I think I’m just being generous

My mom had a Crock Pot when I was a kid. In recent years, I've had a couple other brands that died. This one is "back to basics" and easy to use. What is the old saying? - "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

I purchased the product with one dish in mine now I use it every weekend. It's the easiest way to cook and I get great results. There are so many recipes online and I plan on making every single one that I am interested in. Great Buy from Best Buy.

Very easy to use crock pot. A welcome delight for prepping meals in advance for busy schedules. A breeze to use for quick meals or leaving a dish for 6-8 hours. Each meal comes out relish and the convenience is definitely worth the purchase!
