Great product for the sale price

The only negative is the outside does get warm and I have other ones that do not.

It let us make good chili and kept the food warm in a potluck buffet line. The appliance's cord is inconveniently short; even a foot or two longer would be much handier.

THEY SHOW ON THE BACK OF THE CROCKPOT YOU HAVE A SPOT TO WRAP YOUR CORD. DOESN'T HAVE THAT AT ALL. COVER DOESN'T FIT SECURELY EITHER. HAVEN'T GOT TO USE THE LITTLE POT THAT CAME WITH IT
