Failed with two months, cannot RMA

I attempted to return the drive to best buy, unaware of the new return policy at that time. I was of course then informed about the new policy. I attempted to contact crucial, they would not accept the drive for an RMA as they didn't support the online purchase thing from best buy as proof of purchase. if best buy could replace this for me as I have zero funds it would be greatly appreciated.
