So glad the warming plate temp is adjustable and that it doesn't spill when pouring like its predessor did. The wider spout did the trick.

Went through three of them in one year. Ever since I got this coffee pot I’ve had no issues. I will never buy another Keurig again.

This is one of the pricier units that serves only a single purpose but our coffee has been coming out perfect and staying warm for much longer than usual. Great machine and we would recommend it for anyone looking for a single purpose unit.

Others have markings for "cups" but are far too small and certainly don't reflect even an average size cup of coffee. Good bold coffee.

Amazing coffee maker

Everything works seamlessly and flawlessly as it should. That’s more than I can save for 1 billion other products out there that make basic promises and can’t even deliver on them. The only thing I wish is that it would have the capacity to remember the time when unplugged for at least 5 to 10 minutes. That way if I move it from one location to another, I don’t have to keep putting in the time and the alarm for the coffee to be set.
