I am a Cuisinart owner for 40 plus years.... THIS ONE is EVEN MORE AMAZING THAN THE LAST. It GETS the COFFEE HR4OT and KEEPS the coffee HOT - BREWS FAST - has a nice "READY TONE" - Classy appearance. Large Carafe for 14 cups- WONDERFUL MACHINE!!! MY NEIGHBOR BEGGED ME FOR MY LAST ONE! IT IS THE BEST & A GREAT PRICE, NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!! LOVE BEST BUY!

Love this product! No need to heat the brewed coffee in the microwave after brewing. It has been easy to use, to clean, and to program! Finally, a good, hot, cup of coffee is ready when I get up in the morning and stays hot until the coffee is drank. I especially like being able to brew small pot for me and a larger pot when needed for guests.

I love this coffee maker. I have had one for many years and it finally died. We drink a lot of coffee and this is the only 14 cup pot I have found. It makes great coffee, easy to use, and it has setting that adapt to people's needs.

This is a little long, but my full love for this maker is explained. We had a Cuisinart coffee maker for about 10 years and it started going out. We used it for the standard quick morning cup, but we had become more of coffee connoisseurs over the years enjoying pour over coffees and local artisan roasted whole beans. I also learned how to make espresso and latte art. So after 10 years with the old Cuisinart we wanted to upgrade. Get a fancy coffee maker that was supposed to mimic a barista pour over. We bought the OXO Brain (since we couldn't financially justify a $325 Technivorm Moccamaster), and we excitedly tried a cup. IT WAS HORRIBLE. Tasted just like plastic smells. I cleaned the machine 10 brews through with vinegar/water, baking soda/water, plain water, and even rubbed everything down with rubbing alcohol as suggested by a coffee article online. Less plastic taste, but still horrible. We finally admitted defeat on our $200 pour over Barista machine, and decided to give a new Cuisinart a chance. We spent under $100, brewed one vinegar/water brew and 2 water brews just to clean everything out. We put the charcoal filter in, ground our expensive whole beans, put it on bold setting to slow extraction down a little, pressed start and hoped and prayed. At the first sip we literally said Mmmmmmmm to each other. We could taste our complex chocolate/tobacco sweet coffee and it didn't taste over or under extracted. We were shocked and thrilled at the same time. So more money doesn't always mean a better machine. This isn't a state of the art, sleek, sexy machine, but I'll take a correctly, non plastic tasting cup of coffee over looks anyday. Cuisinart is sort of the "under appreciated, less attractive sister" that most coffee snobs might overlook. I say take a second look, there's more to her.

Excellent coffee maker! We have had several Cuisinart coffee makers before and have not been disappointed. They are long lasting and are easy to clean. By the way, they also make great coffee!

Coffeemaker was purchased to replace a previous Cuisinart 14-Cup coffeemaker. Controls and setup are easy and clearly display. Unit is a little taller than previous Cusinart product. After brewing, new coffeemaker makes periodic steamlike noises as it keeps the brewed coffee hot. These noises do not affect operation. Coffee brewing is quick and provides up to 14 cups of hot coffee that is maintained in original brewing temperature.

I have been on the Keurig K-Cup train for the last several years. However, I have never been totally satisfied because I like a strong, dark cup of coffee, and that was hard to achieve. I decided to switch back to a drip coffee maker. I decided to go with this Cuisinart. Oh my gosh, I love this machine. I can easily brew a strong, dark cup of coffee with the wire mesh filter. Secondly, I love the speed of this coffeemaker. Additionally, it is a beautiful machine that really dresses up the kitchen. The reasonable price closed the deal for me. I will never go back to a Keurig.

Love this coffee maker. It makes delicous coffee and has great features like carafe temperature, ability to make small cup and can be programmed so coffee is made first thing in the morning!

We've been using this coffee maker a few weeks now and like it! It's easy to program so you can get your desired brew (love the auto brew function - super helpful so you don't need to worry about setting up a pot of coffee when you're getting ready for work). We also really liked that this came with a reusable filter so we don't need to keep buying paper filters. The whole unit has been easy to clean, including the filter/filter basket and the coffee pot. For things we dislike, the lid on the coffee pot snaps on and off rather than being a flip-top style lid. It's not a deal breaker but we would have preferred a flip top lid. Also, depending on where you keep your coffee maker it may be difficult to read the water level while filling it without moving the coffee maker around since it only has a water level indicator on one side of the unit. Overall we're happy with the purchase - it gets the job done and brews a tasty pot of coffee!

I bought this for my dad. He accidentally broke the glass pitcher and with the Best Buy warranty we got to replace it! He’s 86 and loves this coffee maker. Good flavor but easy enough for him to use. He can be unsure of using complicated technology. This is easy to use, makes a lot of coffee, and keeps it warm for a long time.

I love the 14 cup pot, and the temp control setting is hot enough for me. Also, 4 hour shut off is nice. Most have only 2, which isn't long enough.

We love this coffee pot! It makes great coffee, has auto function, can turn notifications (tone) off and on, has a “strong” function and is nice looking! Also, makes up to 14 cups!

I love the features of this Cuisinart coffee maker. Tried another brand, but the coffee flavor was not even close. Even has a 1-4 cup brew and 3 different carafe temperatures.

I love this coffee maker. We received one similar to it 10 years ago as a gift. When our unit died the other morning, I was wondering what to do. Lo and behold Best Buy had it, and it was on sale. Bought and received same day (I love Best Buy) Pros: - 14 cups of coffee - Reliable - Auto on/off - Looks good in any kitchen - Takes a LOT of abuse, spills, overfills to break Cons: - Eventually breaks after a decade of use and several mishaps Seriously, it survived multiple power surges, losses, flickers, overfills, knocks, usage for 10 years. I live in Houston, we have had hurricanes, derechos, and winter storms that grind the power grid here to a halt. This unit kept going for 10 years until it finally had enough and gave up. I hope Cuisinart makes this model for as long as I live.

Highly recommended. This coffee maker makes really good coffee. Has all the settings you would expect including two temperature settings. Have seen this at several bro rental properties we have stayed at so it is highly recommended.

Best tasting coffee everytime! I've tried a couple of different coffee makers and this one has been worth it. It's basic enough to use, but still has plenty of features to make my morning coffee more enjoyable. My favorites are being able to adjust the coffee temperature and also, being able to grab coffee mid-brew without the coffee spilling out still.

We had an old model, inexpensive coffee maker that was not delivering the flavor we wanted, so off to Best Buy for a new model. After comparing several brands and models, I settled on the Cuisinart, which seemed to have all the features I wanted. So far, it hasn't disappointed. Coffee is hot and flavorful, and the unit looks good in our kitchen. It comes with a cone-shaped gold filter, which works fine. I prefer paper filters, so we removed the metal filter and use #4 paper cones. Personal preference. Hoping this one will last a long time.
