    We had a Bonavita that broke after only 2 years so decided on this as replacement. Coffee isn’t as good but features are great

    I made this purchase thinking it was a new item; the return address was "refurbished". It was a good price; so I'm going to keep it and see how it works out.

    I bought this coffee pot 2 years ago and I was happy with it until yesterday when it stopped working in the middle of brewing a pot of coffee. I regularly clean it too. I unplugged for a few minutes and it made no difference. The lights work but nothing else. The warming plate doesn't even heat up.

    This is a good coffee maker. So far I have not had any major issues. During the first 2 or 3 days there was this plastic taste but it went way. Brews very quickly.
