Really disappointed in performance of toaster

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been in use for 3 weeks and have noticed it does not toast evenly on both sides. One side of the toast is always toasted more than the other side. Is supposed to have a slot to toast one slice and it doesn't toast evenly either. We bought the toaster because of the two controllers for my wife and I to use. I don't recommend anyone purchasing this toaster.
