This is the second coffee maker with this brand and model.

My last one died after 4 years of making one or two pots of coffee per weekend. I intended to buy a different brand but nothing at Best Buy seemed any better. I do like the way this model looks and works, so I'll try one more time. Perhaps I just picked a lemon last time.

Decent coffee maker. However, the opening to pour the water in is relatively small and doesn't have gauges on the outside of the machine for measuring the water. Other than that it's a pretty good machine. No problems....yet.

I've had more expensive Cuisinart coffee makers, and they've been great. This was their cheaper one, and was on sale. So I tried it; not impressed. Spend the extra money on a higher end one.

Just a poor coffee maker made worse by the fact that the far better version, DCC 3200, after price matching with Amazon, is only about $10.00 more.

I've owned this coffee maker now for around 3 months. I set it every night to brew the next morning and it works great. My favoritie feature has to be the programable feature with the auto shut-off at 2/3/4 hours. Its very easy to use and set up the programming as well. The taste of the coffee is exceptional for this coffee maker which is exactly what I was looking for. I have never had the coffee turn to a 'burnt' taste with either pre-ground or beans that I ground myself - even after being on the burner for 4 hours. You can also set the temperature of the burner (3 different) which is great for me too. The only problem I've had with this is getting the water in. Its just an odd shaped back, but I find that with most coffee makers. I did bump it on the edge of the counter once where it tipped over and spilled used coffee grounds into the water. I cleaned it out and it worked just fine still. The coffee pot and filter have both been through my dishwasher numerous times, which is a major plus for me. (I hate washing coffee pots by hand!)

I have bought this coffee maker multiple times and they always crap out after about 3 years. The thing is they are the best tasting for the price you pay and you can find a deal on one. So, with my new one I try and clean it once a month and make it last longer and don't use the reusable metal coffee filter. Your coffee grounds will splash and clog up the insides.

My coffee maker is good, however the decanter does not fit well. I had saved my previous one so it was not a problem.

Good buy for the money. Works well and easy to operate.

It's easy to use. Convenient for timer function to save time in busy morning.

I can't say much about this product. I returned it the same day. I didn't like the fact that it uses paper filters.

Have had a few of these through the years and buy for the price but very slow.

I don't know if the coffee maker was faulty or what but it barely dripped any coffee

This is the second Cuisinart coffee pot of this type i have purchased within 1.5 years. The unit overflows from the grounds basket causing grounds to cascade into the tank and pump. My first machine was rendered useless. There is no rhyme or reason to why it does it (no change in grind) and when it does it either creates a huge mess or it stops working. Do not buy this unit. I am going back to Krupps.
