Just purchased this.... So far, it's a great coffee maker. Two options to make coffee, a whole pot or individual pods. Goes great in my new kitchen!!! The water well could be bigger to put water in, but not that bad.

Love this coffee maker. Coffee is hot a stronger than last Cuisinart. I went with the k cup addition this time after many years of owning the regular 12 cup. I like how the buttons that lite will go out when the function is selected for brew or single serve. Both sides have the charcoal filters.

easy to setup and used, makes good coffee easy to fill

I got this machine because I like to have brewed coffee most of the time but sometimes it is just easiest to make a quick cup with the keurig. It works very well. Keurig side instantly makes a cup with little to no waiting whatsoever. My only complaint is the keurig is a but messy and splatters coffee around the machine when it is making a cup.

This is a very good coffee maker. It is much smaller in width than my past coffee maker and Keurig units so it takes up less space on our counter. I would recommend this product.

I was excited to snag this coffee maker for half off around Black Friday, because I had been eyeballing it for a while! We love that it has easily removable, inexpensive filters. We also love that it comes with a reusable filter for both the pot and single serve sides. We like stronger coffee than k-cups provide and this machine makes it easy to make it how we like it! We are already saving so much on coffee and reducing trash! We like how we can make a programmed pot in the morning and my husband can make himself a cup before he studies in the evenings. I took a star away because I agree with other commenters that the single serve side spatters out the coffee a bit... kind of annoying because while they are small splatters they stain my counter (Formica) and I constantly have to clean that area. Still better coffee than my keurig, though!

I enjoy the fact that I can have coffee anytime of the day without having to make another pot of coffee. Be careful of the placing of the on & off switch. Doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I would recommend the stainless steel pot if you don’t drink all of the coffee right away.

A great coffee pot for one cup or several. We use the machine at least twice per day. Had the original machine replace because the cleaning component stopped working. Best Buy were excellent and replaced the machine when I brought it back to the store. Had one in stock. Excellent service.

Saw this on sale during Deal of the Day and had to have it. I kicked my Keurig to the curb and now only use this. We are serious coffee lovers so we use this all the time. We love it and don't want to be without it. Great product from a great company. Thanks Cuisinart and Best Buy.

I love my new coffee maker! Very easy to set up and use and keeps coffee hot a long time. The main reason I purchased this product was the single cup feature which is nice for an afternoon cup of coffee when I don’t want to brew a pot. The single cup feature uses standard K cups.

wanted to save some counter space and this puppy fit the bill! allows us to make coffee on the weekends and use pods during the week! very easy to use. Of course not the best compared to Keurig, but still works great! Hint: buy on sale

I love this product! Makes great coffee from both sides. I would’ve given 5 stars except to pour water in the coffee maker/ pot side is a little difficult to pour it all in.

The regular brewing cycle is impressively fast and the brew is hot. A warming plate keeps it that way as required. If that's still not fast enough and you only want one cup, then the integrated K-Cup brewer does the job. Use filtered water and grind your favorite beans for a great brew.

We like every thing about it but filling the large water holding take. It is hard to get to w the coffee pot and water spills and splashes. A pull up extendable funnel would help

Needed full size coffee pot and like the idea to have a separate single brewer when wanting a single cup or all the options available with pods for personal favorites.

I went back and forth on this and the Keurig and chose the Cuisinart because it fit my Yeti cup. Quick and easy coffee in this morning. I have yet to try the alarm but it is so fast I can't imagine why I would need to save a few seconds. Cuisinart says quality and design.

Great coffee maker, if you want a full pot or a single cup. No complaints here. The only issue is filling up the coffee pot water not a lot of room to fill and empty the pot. Could be a bit messy.

Im very happy with this dual coffee maker. It's user friendly and convenient as we could brew individual cups or a pot for when you have family/friends over. I was looking for a few months for the perfect coffee brewer. I'm more than satisfied with this choice.
