Great dual coffee maker. Better quality,and easier for use than a Kuerig in my opinion.

This machine has some design flaws: If you use the can to fill water in the water reservoir for regular coffee making, the lit is in the way and it is hard to not spill water. If you brewed some coffee and then open the lit on the top to empty out used coffee grind, there is a lot of condensed water on the lit, which runs off on the backside of the machine and might cause stain on the counter top you place the machine on. And if you are not very carefully pushing the filter holder down and place the can under it, the filter valve might not open and causing an overflow of water + grind causing a mess inside the machine. From a 200$ coffee maker I'd expect better usability. The capsule making part of the machine works ok, so I give it 2 stars.

Makes Great coffee. K-cup works great. A little difficult to add water without spilling a little water. Would buy again

Great product, easy to use and fast at brewing your pot of coffee or Kurigs. Lighting makes it look cool and nice in your kitchen.

Makes coffee with carafe or pods easily. Have it set to make coffee before I wake up in the mornings and it works like it should. So far, I’m impressed...

I got this coffee pot for my mother in law as a Xmas present. I liked it so much I will likely get one for our house. Great versatility and simplicity of use. Love it!!!!

I love that I can make just one cup or a full pot in one system. Even my kids can make their own hot chocolate in the single serve system!! Excellent purchase.

We’ve had this coffee maker for about 5-6 months. Brews nice and hot and stays hot for quite sometime. Sometimes it makes the grounds spill over the basket creating a not so great cup of coffee~ this happens off and on, even though I measure by weight each time so it’s random when it happens. That’s my biggest issue. I’d probably buy again.

Easy set up! Great tasting coffee love the single serve option

Great little machine. Every so often, the lid on the Keurig coffee pod does not always puncture the top of the pod. As a result, water pours over the pod and onto the countertop. It may have more to do with the different types of puds available vice the lid; however, if you don't catch the problem, you get a coffee's worth of water spilled onto the counter.

Cuisinart made a fine product here. Functionally it works well as a coffee pot, both for Kuerig Pods and "By the Pot". The only thing I did not like was that the water reservoir is located in the rear of the machine and if you have this displayed on your counter top, that means you have to pull out the entire machine each time you refill the water tank.

Bought this Cuisinart coffee maker about a month ago, and so far it's been wonderful. No complaints other than I'm still trying to figure out all the buttons.

We love our coffee maker. Having the option to do a single serve or brew for more than one person is great. It's very easy to use.
