Love this product for both appearance and performance! Makes wonderful single or whole (sharing) pot of coffee. Great for hot chocolate and teas also.

Good and easy to use coffee pot and single serve brewer. One thing I don't like is that once you're done using the single shot coffee brewer and remove your coffee cup some water always seems to drip. I just learned to remove my K-cup before removing my coffee cup so it catches the left over water.

What kind of coffee machine should we get? A Kcup type or drip? Well you can get both kinds with this one. Make a single cup of hot coffee or a half or full pot of almost hot coffee. My only ding with this coffee maker is the brewed/drip coffee isn't quite as hot. Let it sit on the heating plate for a while and leave it in the hot position to make it hot.

This is my second one and will continue to buy as long as it’s available. I would have given it 5 stars except I wish the water container was more convenient to fill or was removable like the Kcup side is.

The carafe is perfect for several people and of course the k-cup is essential to those evening coffee persons.

Had it just over a year and it suddenly stopped working altogether. The only thing still operational is the clock. If you want to buy a new one in a year thos pot is for you.
