I love this coffee machine. I make a pot of coffee in the morning; then I have hot water all day long for coffee K cups, tea, hot chocolate, or any other hot beverage that anyone wants, without having to constantly boil water. Great machine. It also freed up counter space; I no longer have to have a separate machine for K cups.

Makes a great pot of coffee , not the fastest brewer in town but set the auto function and it’s done when you want it. The k cup side works as well as my kuerig does.slightly awkward to fill but most of them are. It’s a keeper

When my old Cuisinart coffee maker died of a terminal case of "broken mechanical switch", I knew I wanted another. Although I won't use the single cup side often, I decided it was worth the money to have the option. The by-the-pot side works quite well and the switches are electronic ... less likely to wear out.

Its a great machine should of bought one a long time ago..took awhile to figure it out but we got her working good

Other than having 2 water tanks. Not a bad unit. Had to return the first as defective. Pricey for what you get

Was concerned about other reviews about issues with messy overflows. Been using it a month now with no problems. We do make sure the K-cups are fully seated. I like the bold brew setting. Only complaint is that it is difficult to completely empty the carafe of water as the coffee maker lid gets in the way

Single cups must be pressed in firmly or makes a soffe found mess all over counter,,,, otherwise I love convenience of having a pot and single serve combo. Love the strong setting on the pot and 3 sizes in the single.

Perfect when I just need a cup or when family comes.

Great coffee maker but should have a paper filter recommendation to avoid having to use the gold filter. Not all paper filters work, they don't flow fast enough and cause overflow.

I purchased this machine since I was tired of the problems I was having with Keurig's. Little did I know that this would turn out to be the messiest machine ever. Unless you are using a tall mug (almost reaching to the top) on the single-serve side, you will end up with a giant splattery mess everywhere. It spurts, splats, and sputters when releasing the coffee. It has done this since day one. Both Best Buy associates and Cuisinart CSR assure it is normal and not a defect. Also, half of the time, the needle won't puncture the single-serve coffee pod, so you end up waisting a pod, and you have to puncture it with your nail. Overall have been incredibly disappointed with this product. The only reason it got two stars is that it has both the coffee pot option along with the single-serve.

Makes good coffee. I am concerned that water leaks out underneath especially when using the single serve side. Not sure if this is going to be a safety problem.

Love the functionality of this coffee pot! My only complaint is that you can’t turn off the beeping letting you know when the coffee is done. It is really loud.

Love that I can make a whole pot or just one cup and love that the one cup option has its own water reserve

Not a great design as it is relatively difficult to fill the reservoir behind the standard drip maker. From reliability standpoint it was terrible. After 1 month the metering system on the single serve stopped functioning properly: 14oz cups were filled to brim on the 10 oz setting. At 2 months, the single serve reservoir began leaking. Returned.

I've had the older machine, with the thermal carafe and it's a great value. This carafe is smaller, feels delicate and the coffee gets cold quick... real quick and the warmer does nothing. I returned this and got a Breville but the old Cuisinart with the thermal carafe would have been just fine.

Great coffee maker and the best of both worlds. I will say it is better as a drip coffee kier though than a single cups device. It doesn't hold enough water on the single cup side for more than two small cups.

It’s a little taller than my old one. The guy sold me the extended warranty, which I didn’t need because it comes with a 3 year warranty. I only buy cuisinart small appliances, as you get what you paid for.

Great coffee maker! I love that it’s 2 in 1. Only downside is that’s it’s extremely flimsy and leaks water through the back. I returned it for that reason.

I bought this coffee machine because I could get the best of both worlds, brewed coffee and K Cups. I love the option of be abled to have either one or the other. Either way, the coffee comes out tasting great and the coffee machine have been troubled free since I purchase it.

We bought this coffee maker to replace our old grind and brew that was 12 years old and a Keurig that was 6 years old. this machine works great and it save space and a plug spot on the wall. We always loved our old Cuisinart and this one is great too.
