Coffee splashes when making a single cup. Have to hold cup up to where coffee is being dispensed in order to avoid the splashing.

Very hard to put water into and coffee does not get hot enough. We returned the coffee pot and purchased a higher quality of a different brand, even though it was a little more money.

Loved it, but single server started having issues like blinking lights and not brewing.

I not completely satisfied with this product due to the fact that it splashes when it is about to finish brewing.

The single cup side is the issue I have. I’ve tried all different pods, I’ve made sure the white arrows line up, I’ve cleaned it to make sure there were no clogs and it still overflows the coffee grinds. It comes out the top and the bottom filling my cup full of grinds and getting all over my counter. I’ve tried four separate brands of k cups and they still explode.

Love the option of a full pot or single cup. I'm still struggling with the splattering of water in the single cup, I thought it would be a better steady stream.

Fine coffee from the carafe. The timer is super easy to use. However, my K-Cups keep exploding and it doesnt matter the brand. Ive researched all the directions on Google and youtube. I ensure that the proper pod is in place and locked. I have even tried peircing the pod twice. No avail. Creates a mess and disgusting coffee with grounds in my cup. Will be returning.

It was a decent coffee maker. Never used the espresso side so I’m not sure how that is. Went back to a mini kureg just because of the convenance.

Love the features of the coffee maker HOWEVER 2019 -black stainless steel started to peel within a period of a few month - exchanged under extended warranty The 2nd one again within a few month (less than 9month ) stopped working for no apparent reason 2021 -3rd replacement under extended warranty exchanged within days the Kcup holder was leaking out the front seams. Had to deliver to another store to get replacement within extended warranty. The k kno holder does make funny noises and does not fill the complete coffee cub - but for now I leave it alone. For the Price paid the quality is not what it should be . The 1 star is simply for practicality and looks Quality-If I could I would give 0star. I have provided Pictures and videos to Best Buy’s of each problem

Its self cleaning but i have had a problem where the coffee cup will just bust out the coffee grinds and make a mess

I like that you can make a pot and a cup, but the product is not lasting. It will be replaced soon.
