It did not work. i returned it for an other model.

The craft lid snaps on hard to put on and take off. You have to start brew then after turn the auto off on. If not the you have to turn the machine off manually. The K-cup you have to run it twice to get a normal mug of coffee. Our Hamelton Beach Flexbrew is a much nice maker at half the cost. One button to brew shuts off auto without manually switcing. K-cup feature makes a full mug with one push of a button.

I should have known they couldn’t make a k cup brewer as good as Keurig. After the third use, and pretty regularly thereafter, the mechanism that punctures the top of the cup simply splits it and then all of the coffee grounds explode all over the inside of the top of the machine and in my coffee. I’ve tried four separate brands of k cups and they still explode. Unfortunately, I threw away the box or I’d send it back. I haven’t tried the 12 cup pot yet.

Horrible! Leaks constantly and is only 3 weeks old. I will be returning it ASAP!!

This thing is an over priced piece of crap. The k-cup part broke in less than a year & it wasnt even used that much.

Had issues within 3 weeks of purchase. Water remained in filter area and have to turn machine on and off for it to filter through to Coffee pot. Also using the permanent filter results in lots of coffee grind. Paper filter works better. I contacted Cruisinart and they are replacing but I would rather purchasing a different brand. Customer service was not good - rep sounded annoyed and bothered.

Do not purchase this product. It leaks vey badly . Only two months old and the will not exchange it.

It quit working about 6 months after purchase. Cuisinart is usually a good brand. Some friends had the same issue with theirs.

Horrible product. K-cup side is worthless. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me an email full of videos to try to “fix” a multitude of issues this product encounters. I recommend they revamp their product and therefore less videos needed. I’ve made plenty of coffee in my life, didn’t need a tutorial on how NOT to wreck it.

The clean light came on and never went off after just a few months. And I never used tap water as well as following all cleaning suggestions from online. The K-cup part spits the coffee all over the place on top of everything else. Threw money away on this one. Just wished I would have returned while I could.

This lasted exactly one year and the k cup dispenser is hosed...lights flashing, can't clean or do anything....

Returned. The water reservoir leaked water all over my countertop.

Cheaply made in comparison to most Cuisinart products I have owned. I prefer my Hamilton Beach over this one. Returned.

I did not like it. I decided I don’t like Keurig coffee I returned and hit a Nespresso machine

Beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with this item. 1. Difficulty/ challenging to fill the water reserve without spilling water over. 2. Item’s already broke or defective - the K-cup water reserve leaking continuously and now can’t be used safely.

1st unit wouldn’t puncture the K-Cup so I returned it for a 2nd one. The 2nd unit leaked so I took it back for a refund and bought a Keurig Coffee maker instead which works good.

Brought it back ! Filled carafe And it leaked all over with coffee! What a mass !
